VENUS SQUARE JUPITER

This aspect is a seat of inner tensions. The tension of the square gives us motivation. Squares are dynamic aspects that give us the drive to succeed. What begins as an inner problem is overcome or accepted, and then becomes a door to understanding.

It is important to understand that Venus rules Love, beauty and relationships. Venus is aesthetic and artistic. Venus rules committed relationships as well as earned income, personal finances and personal possessions, including your self-worth. Jupiter is lucky, adventurous and abundant. Jupiter is very benevolent, generous and philanthropic, and rules religion, philosophy and higher education.

If any square could possibly be Good, then this square would be the Good one. It likes to have just a little bit too much fun, but it could cost you. This aspect indicates there is a tendency to be extravagant and self-centered. This placement can cause you to think, feel and believe as though the Universe revolves around you. Believing that you are the center of the Universe can lead to self-indulgence in the worst ways. There is a quest to only chase the fun side of Life, and if the going gets tough then you will likely lose interest and wander off for greener pastures. A moral code may be lacking.
