Antioxidants are a group of nutrients that aid in the protection of free radicals which are tiny, tiny, tiny atoms that can damage our cells and decrease our immune system that may lead to infection and other processes that can result in a condition, disease, illness, syndrome, ache or pain.

Minerals are very similar to vitamins, in that they function in the body as co-enzymes. They are little helpers. They help the body perform its daily internal chemistry.
Vitamins are organic substances. What does organic mean? Organic means that the substance is derived from vegetable or animals forms, which are chemical substances that contain the element carbon. Any compound of carbon is a component of all living tissue. Carbon = it's alive!
