JUPITER SQUARE SATURN

This aspect is a seat of inner tensions. The tension of the square gives us motivation. Squares are dynamic aspects that give us the drive to succeed. What begins as an inner problem is overcome or accepted, and then becomes a door to understanding.

Jupiter is lucky, adventurous and abundant. Jupiter is very benevolent, generous and philanthropic. Jupiter rules religion and higher education. Saturn rules the father, limitations and authority figures. Saturn restricts, holds back, stabilizes and limits.

Jupiter is so lucky and wonderful that you would think nothing could mess with or halt its Goodness, but Saturn is a strong influence in this aspect combination, which causes challenges in the area of business and/or financial affairs. This aspect indicates a lack, of or even misfortune, in these areas and where opportunities are few and far between. I take times like this to mean energy should be spent somewhere else.

When this aspect is present, it is NOT a good time to start something new especially if it has anything to do with finances or business. This aspect should be used as a 'scared straight' influence more than anything else. Use this aspect as a 'reality check' in order to sober you up financially and business-wise so that you stop making bad decisions, otherwise the Universe will do it for you. How 'bout that? Remember, the more you are conscious, the more you will realize when you are unconscious. This aspect uses itself to sober you up or scare you into submission.
