Well, I guess it's not enough that we have four (4) squares to the Moon today, which is challenging our emotions, feelings, moods and sensitivities. DO NOT MIX THIS ENERGY WITH ALCOHOL ... and the very least ... DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE!!!

As you can see by the three (3) Astro Memes I present for you today, Jupiter square Neptune is over-inflated of all that is not healthy or wise. It's too much without giving due consideration. Jupiter is THE MOST optimistic and jovial planet, but when put as a square to Neptune, it turns into 'blind optimism'.

So right now, Jupiter is in Sagittarius and Neptune is in Pisces. Let's keep in mind that this aspect has a great deal of 'natural' Pisces energy simply because Jupiter is the 'ancient ruler' of Pisces and Neptune is the 'modern day ruler' of Pisces. Jupiter is also the ruling planet of Sagittarius. Pisces and Sagittarius are natural squares to each other creating challenging energy. Squares are challenges. Think of a box with four (4) sharp corners on it and then bumping into one of those sharp corners. It hurts! Or at the very least, it's gonna leave a mark. So it is interesting that these two (2) planets, Jupiter and Neptune, just so happen to be in their natural setting (sign) and are squaring each other, not to mention it's like Pisces squaring itself since both Jupiter and Neptune naturally rule Pisces.

So while Jupiter is amplified in its home placement of Sagittarius and Neptune is amplified in its home placement of Pisces, Jupiter is also amplified-amplified since its ancient ruler is Pisces but it's getting amplified-amplified in the wrong way. It's pretty much saying, "Too much of a Good thing, isn't."

Now let's stretch this a bit further, think of Jupiter as a magnifier, like a magnifying glass. Whatever Jupiter touches it is magnified, amplified and expanded. It doesn't matter what Jupiter is touching, it will expand. That means anything Good, bad or indifferent, it will expand. Think of Jupiter expanding like a balloon. The balloon either expands to its fullest without popping, or it blows beyond its fullest and blows to smithereens. So if something is 'not Good' then it could potentially blow to smithereens.

In this case, since it is touching Neptune, the planet of dreams, drugs, alcohol, chemistry, mental health, the hidden realm, what lies beneath, skeletons in the closet and what you don't what others to see or know about you, then Jupiter will expand this, which is why you are being required to walk a deliberate, conscious and on-purpose path. DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE UNDER THIS ASPECT!!!

Since Pisces rules the Ocean (Jupiter and Neptune) this aspect is the classic 'bloated belly". The weight you gain is more than likely water-weight gain and not really fat gain, although this aspect can cause you to plump-up with excess fat as well if you are not mindful. Still, Neptune rules the Ocean and Jupiter is expansive, the body tends to bloat and retain water with this aspect. The body retains water because it needs water. So make certain you drink plenty of water to keep the belly bloat at bay. Fill up a gallon jug and do your best to get through that gallon of water every single day. So you'll have to urinate frequently, it will still beat having a bloated belly and puffy eyes.

This aspect is artistic and talented but requires you to learn self-discipline if you are to make something of it. You may find yourself over-promising due to a fantasy or over active imagination. This could cause you to get a storyline going through you head that you end up believing that your own fantasy is real, but it is just your imagination. Certainly you can imagine and create something wonderful out of your imagination, just make certain you are being creative and not living in a dream or fairytale. You certainly feel 'a promise' in the air, but this 'promise' gets tired and frustrated waiting for something that might never come if you are just dreaming and not taking action on 'your dream'. You must stay focused and take action.

Since Neptune rules the 12th house of the retreat or what goes on behind the scenes, you could easily retreat into your own world, where you put in a lot of time, but then nothing becomes of what you put so much time into. The fix is the focus on the dream, without chasing the dream (like rainbows and unicorns). It needs to be real, not fantasy. During this Solar Return you will want to have accomplished something rather than just keep planning on 'making it big' and not doing the work that it would take to 'make it big'. Not only could drugs and/or alcohol or sex become an addiction, the dream could become the addiction.

There is a large degree of self-indulgence associated with this placement, which can result in a failure to attain potential success. Self-indulgence could come through having fun, drinking, eating too much and getting tired or lazy, shopping and spending all of the money that you should have invested in your project (dream), which leads to the unrealized dream. You will need to focus on self-discipline. There are too many ideas flowing and projects with flaws that are getting your attention. You are attracted to the wrong things. Stay focused, stay disciplined and do not drink alcohol.

Due to faulty dreams, this aspect makes it hard to deliver. This in turn can make you careless with your possessions and personal finances. There may even be some deception going on. Sorry, but I have to put this in because Neptune can be very deceptive. You need to learn how to handle money because you could easily become a big spender in attempt to 'look like' the person you want to become without really earning it. Also, do not speculate (gamble or take risks) with your money because you will lose it.

During this aspect, which is nearly this entire year in a Solar Return, make certain you focus on paying off bills and spending as little as possible on over-extravagance and self-indulgence. You will notice how this comes back to haunt you if you do not learn this lesson. Neptune is distorted during this aspect and Jupiter is an abundant and fortunate planet, so you must choose financial awareness. Simply through a lack of action, you could find yourself in hot financial water and this will be easy to do. You won't have to try hard to get into financial trouble. I'm being very blunt here because it is important. I don't want you to be afraid, I want you to be smart, mature and aware so you make good choices and then this aspect will be good in return.

This aspect could have you running off to a party or on a trip when your personal life is collapsing around you, which all has to do with money. You will feel good and proud of yourself when you make the right choices. And then watch, the Universe will reward you for having made a good choice. But you must keeping making the good choices. This does not mean you make one good choice and it's all fixed and happy. You have to make Good choices over and over and over again during this Solar Return. You won't regret it.

Jupiter and Neptune are both abundant, giving and benevolent planets. This is where you can give and then over-give and then give some more. For what? You will likely be too empathetic and sympathetic for your own good. You will need to learn how to say "No" and "No thank you" and "I do not have enough time." This aspect can cause you to be taken for granted or take advantage of real quick, so you will need to learn how to say, "No." This can also lead to abuse or self-abuse because remember, both of these planets rule the 12th house of secrets, lies and videotape, if you get my drift.

This aspect reveals a tendency toward exaggeration and confusion. It lacks discrimination and you end up putting your trust and faith in the wrong people. Watch yourself when telling your secrets because people (everyone) loves secrets and they love to tell the secrets. No one holds secrets because they need to tell at least one person. This is a very gullible and naïve placement, so you need to watch you own back. There is a likelihood of being deceived or deceiving others. In any event, there are emotional excesses and impractical behavior because of the dreams and over-active imagination and the fantasy. Oh my, do not, please do not mix this aspect with alcohol because it is active for you all year long. Both Neptune and Jupiter have very similar characteristics and when they square each other, it's just a mess of deception and fantasy.

When it comes to Love, this can cause you to give you heart to partners that are just not suitable. They are either too old, married, emotionally unavailable, they live across state lines or some other nutty reason why you cannot be together. There is always a problem when it comes to Love. So if you are single, stay single throughout this Solar Return. This aspect can cause you to put up with some sort of abuse, possible emotional abuse or some sort of control issue, or maybe even put up with someone else's abuse, such as alcohol abuse or worse. Stay focused and disciplined.

This aspect is often associated with religious idealism lacking discipline.
