HOMEMADE BATH SALT RECIPES

URINARY RECOVERY BATH

Back to main Homemade Bath Salts Recipes

DESCRIPTION: This bath assists in recovering from urinary tract infections. The apple cider vinegar in this recipe plays an important role. Use baby wipes after you use the restroom and always wash your genitalia after sex. You can even keep them in a baggie and carry them with you. Also, taking Lactobacillus Acidophilus will help in the recovery process or eating plain yogurt because it has Lactobacillus Acidophilus in it. Lactobacillus Acidophilus is "friendly flora a.k.a. friendly bacteria" for your body. You have to have it so that your body will not be over-run with critters.

INSTRUCTIONS: Bathe 40 minutes. For the full meditation of the issue at hand, take 1 bath a day for 40 days or 1 bath a week for 40 weeks.

If you use this bath once a week, the best day of the week for you will be the day that your zodiac (sun) sign rules. For example: Cancer rules Monday, Gemini rules Wednesday, Leo rules Sunday - Look up your Sun Sign under horoscopes and also read about your Sun Sign Rulerships.

INGREDIENTS: To create this bath use a combination of the essential oils Clary Sage, Juniper, Lemon to your olfactory (smelling) satisfaction with 3 cups Dead Sea Salts or Coarse Sea Salt, 1 cup Baking Soda to condition the water and soften the skin. You can certainly use Epsom Salts if it works better for your budget. If you would like to use food coloring to match this bath to a specific chakra, the color of this bath would be ORANGE. Do not mix in a plastic bowl, use a stainless steel bowl or a glass bowl and then store in an airtight container such as a mason jar.

SAMPLE PRAYER: Praying during your bath also adds to the recovery process. Go to the guidance button on this site to find a prayer or Novena to recite during your bath or use a prayer of your own that resonates with your spirit.

SAMPLE AFFIRMATION: Read more sample affirmations here.
