MERCURY IN PISCES

Mercury moves into Pisces on February 23, 2024 until March 9, 2024. Mercury stands for the intellect, common sense, cold reason, commerce and business. Its qualities are fluidity and versatility. Its position and aspects tell us about our communication and learning habits and our modes of thinking. The house that Mercury occupies in your Natal Chart is where these characteristics will manifest the most.

Here is a nice little piece of Mercury trivia for you. Mercury will never be more than one Sun Sign away from the Sun. This means someone who has their Sun in Pisces, will have their Mercury within 1 Sun Sign on either side of Pisces or it will be in the sign of Pisces. This means there are only three possibilities that a Pisces Sun Sign individual might have their Mercury in -- Mercury in Aquarius, Mercury in Pisces or Mercury in Aries. This helps you guess someone's Mercury even if you don't know their exact birthdate but you know their Sun Sign. You can pretty much rule out Mercury in the opposite sign (Virgo) or the four signs on each side Virgo (Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn) and (Leo, Cancer, Gemini, Taurus).

When Mercury enters the Sun Sign of Pisces this can be pretty cool intuitive energy. Mercury in Pisces is in a double-debility with this placement, meaning Mercury can 'easily' be infirmed and weak when in the sign of Pisces. This is because Mercury rules both Gemini and Virgo, so it is in its 'detriment' with Gemini and 'fall' with Virgo, this is because Gemini naturally squares Pisces and opposes Virgo. It's a double-whammy, but also how you channel the energy matters.

Mercury in Pisces does have a difficult time distinguishing fact from fantasy or fact from fiction. Remember, Mercury rules the reasoning mind and the intellect while Pisces rules dreams and imagination. "Is it live or is it Memorex (taped)?" (Remember that Memorex commercial tagline?) Watch it folks because Mercury in Pisces is when you can really really really get fooled by fakery including a lot more media as Gemini rules the media and Pisces (ruled by Neptune) rules fakery, especially when Neptune gets smacked with hard aspects. When Neptune gets smacked with hard aspects, the great intuition goes right out the window because you were baited, hooked and caught up in the web of illusion.

Well since, we are talking about Mercury in Pisces, then it's fakery, foolery and gotcha right out of the gate because Mercury in Pisces is in its 'detriment' and 'fall' as a double-debility. You get baited, hooked and caught-up in the net. DO NOT get tricked by what you think you see or by what you think you want. Make-up companies ought to be making a killing during Mercury in Pisces if they ratchet it up on their lip products and plastic surgeons will have a run on 'fish lips'. While the make-up companies and plastic surgeons will be happy, the consumers or patients themselves will likely live to regret it. Can you even trust what you see in an individual anymore who is so covered up and disguised?

Folks, we are going to be living with Neptune in Pisces until March 30, 2025. If Neptune is challenged by a hard aspect in your Natal Chart or Solar Return, watch yourself because you can easily get baited, hooked and caught-up. The great news is during this time of Mercury in Pisces there will be NO major hard aspects to Neptune although we will experience a two (2) squares between the Moon and Neptune and one (1) opposition between the Moon and Neptune during this transit of Mercury through Pisces. Those lunar aspects occur every single month, so that's not a big deal.

We have however still experience a lot of FAKERY to get through before March 30, 2025 as some people seem to eat up the drama of it.

Think about how so many people don't even look like themselves anymore because the fakery has now tipped the fish scales to obscene. And if you are addicted to fakery or so easily conned, tempted or manipulated by fakery, then you will not be moved to question what is before your eyes. I almost can hardly stand it. When will enough fakery be enough?

I remember seeing a Saturday Night Live skit with Steve Martin and Tina Fey. He reached his arm around her and his hand landed on her side body and he said, "Whoa, what is that. It's like you are wearing bicycle shorts" and he went on and on about how hard and weird that felt and she couldn't recover from it as quickly as he was going on and on basically revealing that she was wearing Spanx. What's real is THE FAKERY behind everything. That's what is real and if you can just wrap your brain around that then you will have your eyes opened.

How do people on dating apps trust that the person they see on the dating app is real or not? And I mean REAL as in a genuine way. If everything is hidden and covered and enhanced and doctored, then who is anyone anymore? I find it freaky, but that's just me with a South Node Pisces who knows fakery when she sees it. Don't even get me started on fakery designer or gems or NEWS. Well, the public will eat that sh-- up right now during Mercury in Pisces. Bought, sold and here's your check for $1,400. It reminds me of the Mormon documentary about the guy who faked the documents about the church's origin. This guy faked a ton of documents and had people hooked because of their simple desire to believe. Doesn't anyone question anything anymore? I question every single thing. Now listen, this is not to tackle Mormons because we all get fakery and foolery somewhere, sometime, somehow . . which is a huge lesson in keep your eyes opened and centered on God.

Question everything folks because the con's are out and the jig will be up. Some people will get caught in their fakery and forgery during this time of Mercury in Pisces. I have to hand it to those who embrace their fakery because no one needs my permission or yours. Roll on and live large. Why not? But do not kid yourself. That's the lesson. That's the take-away, but it's kind of a big hairy deal if you need approval from strangers on social media. I'm just saying know fakery, yours or someone else's when it shows up and do not be so easily deceived. That's what I am driving at, do not be so easily deceived . . ESPECIALLY THE NEWS. Mercury = media.

A lot of fakery is simply looking to be liked, Loved or seeking approval. That's an internal struggle we all 'get to' deal with and find out about ourselves. I'm here to tell you, sometimes it's a Good idea not to buy your own BS. If you are going to wear Spanx and not work out, then okay. That is what it is. If you want to work out and wear Spanx anyway, then okay. Do that. But I would not try to trick Neptune in Pisces or Mercury in Pisces the fakery will be blatant or advertised. There is a difference between embracing the fun or enjoyment of what you are faking and believing the fakery and being upset when others do not find it fun, attractive or real.

I probably should not say too much about fakery because you have to have some pretty tough skin to hear what I have to say about it, but I will say this, THE PEOPLE (citizens) will get what they asked for and deservedly so for buying the fakery and then individuals themselves will get a heaping helping of, "Well you wanted to be noticed so what's the problem?" I have a South Node Pisces, so I know fakery when I see it and I have been on a rant about this for a while. A little fakery in Life . . whatever . . but when someone tries to fakery themselves too much, then how can you trust the one dealing you the fakery.

So here is the deal. You may slip into a fairytale for a bit and get caught up in something that really isn't reality. It may slide into temporary escapism where the slippery little fish (Pisces) slips away and pulls the Great Houdini Act and escapes into a bottle of booze, a bad relationship or behavior that is unbecoming. Maybe you just don't want to know the Truth. Maybe you can't handle the Truth. Maybe you're just in denial.

Keep in mind that there are two fish symbolized by the Pisces glyph. There is one fish that goes one way and one fish that goes the other way. So today you might be in a total reality check and tomorrow you are right back where you started, in that swirl of dream world that is nothing close to your Truth. Well, the easy fix is that you trust your gut and not your dreamy, fanciful, over-active and vivid imagination.

You can however take this energy and channel it into something productive rather than swirling in that old cesspool. This transit has the ability to take that snapshot in your photographic mind and bring that snapshot into physical manifestation. Do not lose your ability to visualize. Fish have an eye on each side of their head so they can take it all in. So vision and in-vision! The Ocean is a big place and there is a lot to see. You must make use of these big ol' fish eyeballs and visualize what you desire.

My Poppyseed (dad, who is a Pisces) gave me some 'huge fish eyeball advice' one day when I first started this website that I never will forget. He said if I had a dream or a vision, then I need to in-vision it right in front of me and do not take my eyes off of it. He said if I did that, then that vision would come True. You see folks, not only is Pisces the most intuitive sign of the zodiac, Pisces is also the visionary of the zodiac. My Poppyseed (dad) even used the word, "vision."

Pisces most certainly does have vision (external) and invision (internal). Freakin' double vision is what Pisces energy has with an eyeball on each side of the head so they get that 360 degree view that no one else has. They can see their own fishtail!!! Let me hear you say, "FISH EYEBALLS!"

Folks, this Mercury in Pisces energy is intuitive, visionary, telepathic and imaginative. Just make certain that you do not get caught up in the negative and fearful influences of this energy and end up tangling with energy that could take you off your intended path by either believing the fakery by others or buying your own BS. Sometimes even when we need to check ourselves at the sh-- we are trying to make ourselves believe.
