The Full Moon in Libra is when the Moon opposes the Sun at exactly 7:12 AM EDT at 29 degrees 07 minutes on Good Friday, April 19, 2019. This Full Moon is not near as challenging as the first Full Moon in Libra back on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 because Mercury was Retrograde, whereas with this second Full Moon in Libra, Mercury is Direct. So this is the second Full Moon in Libra in 31 days. It's odd but the reason why is because the first Full moon in Libra occurred at 00 degrees 09 minutes. The Sun had just moved into Aries not even two hours earlier and the Moon had just entered Libra just minutes earlier. For a Full Moon to occur, the Moon and the Sun have to be in opposite signs, which they were with the Sun in Aries and the Moon in Libra because they just entered those signs. This is how the Moon and the Sun came into 00 degree 07 minute alignment.

This is also how we can end up with a second Full Moon in Libra in a 31 day period of time. Remember, the Moon changes signs every 2 to 2-1/2 days. So every 28 to 31 days, the Moon runs through all 12 Sun Signs. Since the Full Moon occurred at 00 degrees 07 minutes back on March 20th so early into both the Sun and the Moon entering Libra, this is how we can experience the same Full Moon in Libra only now at 29 degrees 07 minutes 31 days later. It wasn't even in its first full degree back on March 20th and now the Full Moon will be completing its last degree. In 53 more minutes the Moon and the Sun will complete its final 30 degree cycle and the Sun and Moon will then change signs as the Sun enters Taurus tomorrow (Saturday, April 20th) and the Moon enters Scorpio (Saturday, April 20th).

This Full Moon stands pretty much alone without taking any direct hits from any planets. Even though Jupiter is 05 degrees away in a trine aspect to this Full Moon it is still close for us to feel some nice vibes from it. Pluto is squaring this Full Moon but is 06 degrees away, which means it is closer to leaving its orb of influence to this Full Moon than it is creating any trouble. That New Moon represented 'fresh starts' and 'new beginnings' while this Full Moon is your 'approximate' 6th month check-up to that 'thing' you began back then.
