The BIG NEWS today is the Lion's Gate Portal, which you would have seen in the August 2021 Astro Memes. Now folks, first I want to say that I do 'not' write about the Lions Gate Portal coming from an expert position. I do 'not' study the Lions Gate Portal, just like I do not 'study' the 11:11 Phenomenon or any other repetitive number pattern. I just don't. Although there are number patterns that 'remind' me of certain things, which will cause me to straighten my spine and lift the crown of my head to Heaven and pay attention.

What I would really like to know is when someone posts 11:11, I want to know what happened. What was the knowing? What did the person do with the 11:11 or the number pattern? What did it do for you? What's the big ah-ha? This is 'not' to make fun. That's not what I'm doing here. I really do want to know, "Okay, so you saw the pattern, what happened?" I see numbers in my own Life that remind me to do certain things or to sit and pause. Give me something spiritual juicy to mentate and chew on.

I do 'not' call the Lions Gate Portal BS, foul, made-up or fake, as I know plenty of people who put a lot of stock in the Lions Gate Portal as they have had wonderful, magical, mystical and great things occur in their lives during the Lions Gate Portal (open period), so it's not right to rip their world apart. I just don't know that much about it except for what has taken place in my own Life. Also, I 'do not' read other astrologer's writings on purpose because I feel it could mess with my own 'purity of intent'. I enjoy my interpretations falling out of my own mind as I attempt and do my best to make some sense out of what I see.

Now what you see below is what I have written many times on this website, I have merely copy and pasted the same words because I have nothing new to add. And folks, it is okay when someone writes or mentions these things in social media to ask questions. If they post about it, then ask them about it. Ask them and be specific. Maybe they will repeat my words below or someone else's. So the Lions Gate Portal is the same time period every single year where the Lions Gate Portal opens, which is the activation of energy of the star Sirius. It is said that the Lions Gate is most active on the 8th month on the 8th day, which is August the 8th. You have to understand that I am a 'Doubting Thomas' of sorts as I have a Natal Capricorn Moon and Natal Saturn in Capricorn, so I was born with question marks hanging over my head. My natural reaction is, "Yeahhhhhhh, riiiiiiiiight." So I'm just going to say what I need to say because even when it comes to Astrology, I still have to investigate, contemplate and mentate on the information.

We know in Astrology that the 'astrological calendar' begins with the first sign being Aries in the month of March. The beginning of the calendar as we know created by man is January 1st, but the astrological calendar as created by God begins on March 20th when the Sun moves into Aries. Aries rules the 1st house. This we know.

So if I were to believe that this great alignment began on the 8th month and the 8th day according to the astrological calendar, then that would mean November 8th. But if we go by the calendar that mankind created, then that would be August 8th. So which is it? Are we believing man's calendar or God's calendar. And let's say that the Star Sirius has this wonderful alignment on that date, are we then just making up the 8th month and 8th day so it looks like and matches 'infinity' with the number 8? I dunno. See, I just don't believe stuff because someone types it out having read it somewhere else. I have to mentate on this stuff and I need to type out my own words. I don't regurgitate others thoughts, writings and work, and then call it my own. As I wrote about yesterday, using the reasoning mind (The Socratic Method).

And so let's say that this perfect alignment does happen on August 8th, did this have anything to do with the Julian Calendar or the Gregorian Calendar? What say you? Here is a wonderful link where you can read 6 things you may not know about the Gregorian Calendar. It further states on a different page, "In 1582, when Pope Gregory XIII introduced his Gregorian calendar, Europe adhered to the Julian calendar, first implemented by Julius Caesar in 46 B.C. Since the Roman emperor's system miscalculated the length of the solar year by 11 minutes, the calendar had since fallen out of sync with the seasons." So now I'm back to the 8th month and the 8th day being August 8th and the opening of the portal between July 26-28 and August 12. Is there an astronomer (not astrologer) who has measured this for accuracy where the Star Sirius lines up and this beam or column of entry (portal) exists for energy to flow back and forth?

I dunno, but I can tell you this. I opened my Pose-itively Yoga studio on August 8, 2019 and we have been nothing but blessed. It's been a strange long crazy ride and we have been blessed the whole way. My entire path in teacher training and teaching yoga has been nothing but blessed. I opened the studio on that date by accident and then once I realized it was on 'that date' it became even more on purpose.

I am a North Node Virgo, which means I have to go out into the world and experience Life as an experiential junkie on an experiential journey. We North Node Virgo's have to go into the lab and do the experiment, which for Life means, "Get your ass out there on the planet and see if it works!" I don't just say that I am an experiential junkie, I really am an experiential junkie. Hell yeah I'll try it. We North Node Virgo's are required to 'experiment' and go out into the 'Lab of Life' and see if whatever it is, works. We have to get out there and participate.

Anyway, I think the dates are a little jacked-up, hokey and maybe even a little made-up (concocted) especially when Astrology is an ancient study but using the Gregorian calendar. Gosh doesn't that just sound off to you? Even so, I can't get behind everything just because I am an astrologer. If anyone has more information that makes sense, then I have ears to listen. If it's just nonsense then save the information for someone else. Is there an astronomer that sees this line-up of energy that we can maybe stand under and get showered with blessings or can we just pray to Jesus and row to shore like we always do (at least that's what I do) every day instead of waiting until this date? Meaning, pray and keep doing our thing every day instead of waiting for this one day out of the year. I'm not saying the Lions Gate Portal does not exist, I'm just saying, "ehhhh". Still, even still beyond my "ehhhh" I can tell you from experience that this Lions Gate Portal has been kind to me as everything with my yoga studio has glided along and getting me to the place that I needed to be. All of the yoga teachers who teach or taught at my yoga studio can confirm that the whole time since I opened on August 8, 2019 one of my repeat phrases has been, "This yoga studio is Divinely Blessed." Folks, if you only knew how often I say that about my yoga studio. Through the plan-demic it has been blessed. Even when the building was sold and I had to move the studio, we were blessed. And I still maintain, my yoga studio is Divinely Blessed. It's honestly a miracle! Lions Gate Portal or not? I gotta say, it sure looks like it, but is it my Faith and my natural path, so that's why it aligns so well?

Did the Lions Gate Portal give me exactly what I needed in a timeline that I would have otherwise not had . . . or is it really my natal Sun trine Jupiter, which always causes me to land on my feet? Throw me up in the air and I will land on all two's (Gemini) every dang time. I dunno. Notice from the Astro Memes above for the Sun trine Jupiter that the aspect ends today, on the Lions Gate Portal date. Being born with the Sun trine Jupiter, that's pretty darn blessed and I thank you God. So which is it? Lions Gate Portal or Sun trine Jupiter or both?

I also pay very close attention to every single person I know 'personally' and every single chart I write who has a birthday between July 26-28th and August 12th, especially those with a birth date closer to August 8th. My ears light up and my eyes widen because I want to see just how truly blessed these birth dates are because I'm always paying attention.

If you have a Solar Return between July 26-28 and August 12 with the date being on or closer to August 8th, then keep this information at the front of your mind and let's see it unfold.

Also, I do know a 'handful' (literally) of people who had a Loved one pass away on August 8, which is very poignant and touching to the heart of those left behind. Again, is this Truly the Lions Gate Portal or is it an 8:8 numerology thing?

One more thing I would like to add, my feeling about the Lions Gate Portal is very similiar to how I see eclipses, which is "ehhhh", we'll see. And most of the time, the masses don't even know an eclipse is occurring because eclipses are only really seen in certain places of the world. Everyone else is going about their day. I know, there are many astrologers who put a lot of weight on eclipses, and I just don't.

I see a lot of birth dates every single day and do not see an overwhelming change-in or dramatic shift in anything for the masses during a Lunar or Solar Eclipse. I don't see a ton of Good or bad either way. Now if you saw something in a handful of people or certain signs, that could be in relationship to that New Moon occurring and not necessarily the eclipse itself. So let's just see, the next eclipses will be October 25, 2022 and November 8, 2022.
