BE THANKFUL
WITH PRAYER AND AFFIRMATIONS

The most monumental ritual I adopted was simply being clear and thankful for my abundance. Before eating, I say a prayer and praise God for my abundance. I tell God that He has blessed me with so much food that I cannot possibly eat it all. I look at my food and think to myself, "I've been blessed with so much food that it's enough for another meal!"

When I eat under famished conditions (it does happen), then the whole time I AM praying thankfulness in my thoughts that He has abundantly blessed me. This type of prayerful moment will slow down my eating and then I usually cannot finish my meal. As you begin to drop one pound after another, drop to one knee and then the other and praise God for the strength He gave you to take care of yourself. God is so Great; you may not be able to drop down far enough with your gratitude and thanksgiving.

Affirmations are also a great practice to adopt. Constantly re-affirming throughout the day a sentence that brings about healthy consciousness and positive feelings.

WEIGHT AFFIRMATIONS

It is so easy for me to lose weight that the extra weight just falls off my body.

When I go for a walk, my metabolism increasingly speeds up and I lose weight quickly and easily.

My metabolism is reved up like a Nascar engine.

Weight falls off of me so fast that everyone around me is noticing.

My body feels light and easy to carry.

My body is getting slimmer with every new hour.

When I wake up in the morning, my body feels thinner and thinner.

I AM motivated to lose every ounce of weight that I desire.

Losing weight is easy and effortless for me.

My energy and vitality have increased 100 percent.
