Mercury quincunx Neptune

A quincunx is where two (2) signs pretty much have nothing in common and sit there wondering what to do about each other. It's like they are saying, "What now?" This is how you feel completely uncomfortable in your own family, or with people you should feel comfortable with, but yet you have nothing in common, and sometimes you have nothing to even fight over, so you might just make something up in order to tango/tangle.

It's weird and uncomfortable energy to say the least. You just cannot seem to land in the same space and it's like you are coming from different worlds that are not even opposite worlds. Further, a quincunx is an angle that sits at 150 degrees, which is between a trine at 120 degrees and an opposition at 180 degrees.

It is important to understand that Mercury rules the reasoning and conscious mind that forms conclusions. Mercury is intellectual, enjoys learning, teaches and is communicative. Neptune is in-tune. Think of Neptune as being intuitive, in-tune and tuning in like a Tune-Ah-Fish, since Neptune is the ruler of Pisces (the fish). It is also lyrical, theatrical, creative and artistic.

Mercury Quincunx Neptune is the aspect of the 'Day Dream Believer'. Do you remember the song by 'The Monkees' called 'Day Dream Believer', or am I just showing my age? (winky wink)

A day dream believer is pretty much someone who wastes their hours as a 'day dreamer' thereby not really accomplishing anything. Nothing manifests according to their guitar strumming because of a lack of doing. The day dream believer is a human 'being' and not a human 'doing'. The individual is caught-up in boredom, procrastination and laziness that was created out of the monotony of 'Life as usual'. Pretty soon these individuals will have to answer the calls of the day and by that time, it could be too late.

Too late for what? Understanding. Opportunity. Information. Participation. Inclusion. Or what is really going on in the world.

Neptune is a generational planet, which communication (Mercury) is speaking to all of the generations. This paragraph is a political statement. Soon (2025), we will be hearing the masses saying, "What is going on? What happened? What are we supposed to do? Who is in charge? WTF was that?" Maybe even texts from those close to you asking, "What are we supposed to do? Did you hear that? OMGosh did you hear about . . . ?"

The day dream believers WILL BE meandering, wandering, mossying, and circling around asking questions and the people who were paying attention all along will have little, if not zero patience to bring these individuals up to speed. Go ahead, screenshot this paragraph and save it, so you can show it to yourself later for validation or to show it to those who would not listen. I did write this in October 2024.

In September 2024 I wrote the following about Mercury Quincunx Neptune.

Mercury in Leo quincunx Neptune in Pisces is the aspect of the 'Day Dream Believer'. That's great. How wonderful. Day dream believin' is a great start to manifesting because first you must believe. I'm all for day-dream-believin', AND still rowing to shore. AND still getting up to feed the children. AND still going to work. AND still taking care of yourself. AND still doing your chores. AND still prepping. AND tuning-in to the world around you. AND protecting yourself.

Day dream believin' can easily become too much dreamin' and not enough believin', therefore nothing really gets accomplished. This aspect can keep an individual so caught-up in dreams that they are completely out-of-touch with what is really going on around them.

It reminds me of the meme going around that shows a freight train barreling down the tracks and this Lovely woman is standing on the tracks taking a selfie with the freight train in the background, having no clue that train will hit her within seconds. Time is up! Day dream believin' is cute, it's nice, but it's also out of touch with reality.

So if you are going to be a day-dream-believer, then take action on your dreams, otherwise all you are looking at is ambition and potential. Make something really occur in the invisible realm (Neptune) and the visible realm (Mercury).
