Mercury sextile Venus began in applying degrees on June 13, 2023, it is also exact today and then lasts in separating degrees until June 21, 2023. This aspect communicates in a Loving and skillful way. The thoughts are nice, so words come out of the mouth in a thoughtful way. This aspect has a brighter outlook on Life and has a pleasing personality with a calm disposition.

The OTHER BIG NEWS today is Saturn in Pisces turns Retrograde (Rx). Wait for it . . . wait for it . . . you will see and hear all of the usual fearful astro-babble associated with a retrograde from those who are merely regurgitating what they have heard and have not given any real thought to what a retrograde offers. So hear goes the statement I've been making about retrogrades for close to 24 years.

Retrograde are do-overs. They give us a chance (an opportunity) to 'do something over' and get it right before progressing forward. Retrogrades are a gift. They give us a second and third chance to get it right before progressing forward.

It's been on this website and my 'do-over' explanation since the year 2000, which is what my upload data shows. So folks, it is worth your while to explore the left-side-navigation column.

So as you move through retrogrades, please note and understand that IT IS NOT UNUSUAL for Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune, Uranus and Pluto to be retrograde at the same time. It happens every year. In fact, you can find the transiting calendars to the left. And then we will also experience one (1) Mercury Retrograde while the outer planets are retrograde. It's perfectly normal. Watch everyone freak out as if it didn't happen last year and the year before and so on.

What is different this year is Venus will turn retrograde on July 23, 2023 to September 4, 2023. Venus retrogrades every couple of years, as does Mars. Remember last year Mars retrograded in Gemini for seven (7) months! This year it's Venus's turn.

So folks, Saturn is the proud-papa, he wants you to do well, but you have to follow 'the rules'. If you insist on not following 'the rules' and playing nice, then he will take off his belt of rings and whap your ass.
