Since the fun and exciting capture of Nicolas Maduro (Dictator of Venezuela) it reminds us of Pluto in Aquarius, but then again, it should start ringing some bells about what you learned during Pluto in Capricorn. So that you do not have to click back and forth between Pluto in Capricorn and this write-up, I will insert some RED PARAGRAPHS below straight from the Pluto in Capricorn write-up to remind you of some Pluto Rulerships.

Keep in mind, Pluto is now in Aquarius, but it is important to see where Pluto was (Capricorn) and where it is right now (Aquarius).

Capricorn rules the 10th house of military, government, government officials, CEO's, big companies, company people like managers, bosses, CEO's and high officials. Capricorn also rules the public, status in the community and rank in society. Capricorn rules father figures, the father and those in a position of authority.

Aquarius rules the 11th house of groups, organizations, the masses, the public masses, friends, acquaintances, brotherhoods, sisterhoods, sororities, fraternities, memberships and alliances. The 11th house also rules the Senate, Congress, the House, Parliament and government groups.

Aquarius is the 2nd house of the 10th house. I know that sounds strange, but you have to look at it that way. Standing alone, the 10th house is the 10th house. Looking at each house following the 10th house, then the 11th house is the 2nd house of the 10th house. LOL! I know, I know. The 2nd house we know as the money house of self-worth that translates into net-worth. Well, the 2nd house of the 10th house is the money house of the 10th house. LOL! I know, I know. It's weird, but stay with me. Breathe. Note that Capricorn and the 10th house rule 'the government' and 'military'.

Pluto in Aquarius calls our attention to the MONEY! SHOW ME THE MONEY of the government and the military. The 11th house is the finances (2nd house) of the 10th house. Well, Pluto is corrupt AF, no kidding, so you have to imagine how fraudulent, deceitful, treacherous and explosive Pluto in Aquarius is when it comes to the government's money. The waste, fraud and abuse is Pluto.

Pluto rules waste, trash, feces, the dump and all things in that category of words and subject matter.

So you can imagine now how easy it was to assume DOGE (Department of Government Efficiency) was going to behave with Pluto in Aquarius present. Pluto naturally rules Scorpio and the 8th house, who cannot stand wasting money. TURN THE LIGHT OFF! What do you think, we live in a barn?!?! Folks, we have 20 years of Pluto in Aquarius ending on January 18, 2044.

Pluto also rules dark people. Not only does this mean dark-skinned people, but people who are dark in spirit, corrupt and who do dark, cruel and mysterious things. Now listen . . this writing is not to say that dark people are dark spirited. Heck, I am half Cherokee Indian (as my Mama Bear is full blood Eastern Band Cherokee Indian) and I'm dark, so why would I infer that dark skinned people are also dark spirited? But alas, there are also plenty of dark skinned people who are also dark in spirit. Stretch your mind here folks. We do not want to get racial and linear minded about this writing because that will take you away from the Astrology. During this 16 year transit you will see dark people in the news for various things, as we always have but it will be different. Think bigger here.

I added this paragraph in the summer of 2012 ---> In a private message on Facebook I had one individual read this and get all wigged out about the 'dark-skinned' writing here as if I was saying something I wasn't about black people. I strongly let that person know that black people do not have the beat on the word 'dark'. Black people do not get to own the word 'dark'. I am 'dark' skinned too as I am Cherokee Indian. There are many many many dark skinned people on this planet. No one culture has the beat on dark people and gets to own the word more than another culture. Good grief!!! My words are meant for all dark people of color and who may be dark in spirit.

In Astrology, as with anything in Life, there are ALWAYS two completely sides, just like a coin, just like an argument and just like pancake. There are dark people and dark people. Not all dark skinned people are dark cruel people. And not all dark cruel people are dark skinned people. Pluto rules darkness, both in color and cruelty. Think BIGGER folks. Stretch your mind. If you are studying Astrology you need to learn the rulerships. Dark skinned people such as Brazilians, Columbian's, Chileans, Middle Easterners, Hispanics, Mexican's, Honduran's, Guatemalan's, Nicaraguan's, Middle Easterners, Native Americans, East Indians, African American's and Africans are all dark skinned. I could name a thousand different dark skinned cultures here but you get my drift, right?

We will see the President of the United States - barack obama get elected under Pluto in Capricorn at the beginning of this transit in 2008. That is an easy guess on any astrologers plate that there would be a dark skinned President during this 16 year stretch, especially since a dark-skinned man is running. There could be a Hispanic president or a Native American president but none are running. Barack Obama and the Astrology reveals itself. This is not to say he is dark and cruel, but even that remains to be seen as this transit will have 8 more years to reveal itself after Barack Obama leaves office in 2016.

Now here we are, two (2) years into Pluto in Aquarius and sh!t (Pluto) is happening to the masses (Aquarius). Two (2) years in and we are having a new wave of people waking up and smelling the pooh (Pluto). The beauty is during the ever-so-serious season of Capricorn, which is serious enough for everyone and their brother. Check that out, all four (4) personal planets are in the sign of Capricorn - the Sun, Mercury, Venus and Mars. It's like everyone got a hefty dose of smelling salts.

We have also heard about the unbelievable, but you better believe it, fraud occurring in Minnesota. It couldn't have been designed by Tim Walz as he is simply a toad, lackey and minion.

By the way, did you know that the Nordic people are some of the most trusting people in the world, which has a huge population in Minnesota? Nordic meaning Northern Europe, encompassing Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden, plus their autonomous territories (Greenland, Faroe Islands, Aland). I suppose you can call it naive, but these people in Minnesota sure as heck had the wool pulled over their eyes. They might be awake now. The tip of the iceberg doesn't even come close to describing the wave of fraudulent activity that we will see in the U.S. After all, we still have 49 other states including New York and California, which are going to be absolute unthinkable and inconceivable, but yet, the fraud will all be True and then some. At least we will see the fallout (in the Fall, as usual) as the mid-terms serve up another election full of shock and awe.

So you should know by now that not only in the U.S. will we see the face of Congress change, but we will see this around the world including governments who have Parliament. It's simply going to be glorious.

Now folks, gerd your goins, meaning prepare yourself for the difficulty we will see. After all, Aquarius rules children's organizations and MASSES of children. If Leo rules 'the children', then the opposite sign (Aquarius) rules the masses of children and groups of children, including children's organizations. That's going to be the real painful part is the exposing of what has been going on with 'the children'. Rape, torture, trafficking and so much more that will absolutely sicken the human mind.

Folks, there are baby farms out there. Women who have been disabled in the most heinous and monstrous ways to keep them from fleeing, and still having one baby after the other so that the children can be abused, tortured and trafficked. Some of the stuff is so horrific I don't even know if it is safe for me to type it.

This information will be coming, but people can't even believe the fraud in Minnesota, or believe some of the BS in their own families, THAT IS WHY it is taking such a long time to convince the masses.

Do you really think they can arrest o666ama and others without first cutting off the head of the snake? The fallout is going to be so massive you just won't believe it. When o666ama is arrested, even though he is a puppetmaster himself, he will look like a pathetic perverted minion because he has a puppetmaster too.

Pluto in Aquarius tells us to stand up and fight. AND I MEAN FIGHT! Aquarius is THE MOST FREEDOM LOVING SIGN. I have Jupiter in Aquarius and Jupiter EXPANDS whatever it touches. Aquarius seeks freedom at all costs, which is why most Aquarian's never marry. My Astrologer (may God rest his soul) said, "Aquarian's have no business being married."

My sister and I were on a road trip over the past few days and we were able to learn so many new things about each other. She was able to see and note that every single thing I do has to do with my freedom. I'm so serious about it. Super-serious in fact. I seek freedom and space at all costs. I WANT CHOICES AND OPTIONS! And oh my gosh, don't tell me what to do because that will go over like a lead balloon.

I'm such a freedom fighting individual that I never wanted to be the boss or manager of anyone. I have zero desire to tell anyone what to do, unless you ask me what to do in a phone reading and then I'll tell you straight. I don't want my freedom boggled down by controlling anyone. That's such a weird vibe or desire, to control someone else. FREAKY in fact. The way I see it, if I am controlling someone, then I'm stuck in a controlling and limited situation just trying to control someone else. NO THANKS! Folks, I could go on and on and on.

Pluto in Aquarius not only has me in freedom fighting mode for myself but now the generations are fighting too. The altruistic side of Aquarius (in myself) has me fighting for others who simply don't have the Good sense, common sense or any sense that they should be fighting for and protecting their freedom as well.

People will see, the whole planet will see, how we have all become a slave to a system that has tied up our freedom and managed to convince the masses all over the world that they are free. Talk about gasLighting and indoctrinization.

Folks, when we are free from BIG government and taxes, which includes so many trivial rules, regulations, guidances, law, ordinances and the like, then you will know what freedom really is. And as I have written many times over the last handful of years, we will see an abolishment of income tax and personal property tax. It's going to happen.

In the meantime, you can look forward to more fun and exciting arrests coming one after the other. Let the chips, dominoes and arrested F'ers fall where they may.
