Everyone uses AWS, even if you don't yet know it. Gaming, Apps, and so much more all use AWS. Was this a dry run for the BIG power grid shutdown? Does the media blackout come first so we don't know what is going on? The chicken or the egg, which comes first? 'Cause you know, some can't seem to think for themselves and need the alphabet soup news to tell them what and how to think.

Yesterday morning as I was preparing to teach my first yoga class, suddenly I experienced a power outage. My first class on a Monday morning is at 7:00 AM CST, which means it is still dark outside. I had 10 minutes before class started so I threw open the drapes and it was still dark. I turned on my portable MiFi (wifi), connected it to the iPad and proceeded to get the LED camping lantern out of the kitchen that will light up the entire room. Then I realized the rest of the house had lights on. I had just blown a fuse in that area of the house. But man oh man, I was ready. It took my all of one (1) minute to carry-on.

My point? I had a plan from the get-go. Instead of turning to drama and acting out violently, yelling and cussing about lights-out ten (10) minutes before a yoga class, I was ready in one (1) minute flat. As long as there is internet, I can keep going. If there is no internet, then that's the way the diminutive circular pastry disintegrates. In other words, that's the way the cookie crumbles.
