The Moon in Aquarius conjunct Saturn in Aquarius at 10:43 PM EST. Lunar aspects have an 'orb of influence' of 12 to 14 hours 'before' and 'after' their exactness.

The BIG NEWS today is Mercury in Sagittarius square Neptune in Pisces at exactly 10:16 AM EST where it began in applying degrees on December 12, 2021, it is exact today, and will last in separating degrees until December 28, 2021.

The combination of today and tomorrow remind me a lot of June 5, 2021. Back on that date Mercury trined Neptune (just like today) and Mars opposed Pluto (just as tomorrow Mars will square Jupiter). While I will again say that I do 'not' put as much stock in eclipses as others do, I will draw your remembrance back to June 10, 2021 where there was a New Moon Solar Eclipse 'in Gemini', which was five (5) days after Mercury trined Neptune and Mars opposed Pluto. Similarly, five (5) days ago (from tomorrow) there was a New Moon Solar Eclipse 'in Sagittarius' when Mercury trines Neptune (again) and Mars squares Jupiter. I'm posting both sets of energies below. Note the dates. Make certain you click back to June 5, 2021 to remind what I wrote back then.

Get a Good long look at the similar energies involved. I would also like to note that eclipses will always have the North and South Node attached to them. The North Node is currently in the sign of Gemini and the South Node is currently in the sign of Sagittarius. These nodal placements will shift into the North Node Taurus and South Node Scorpio on January 18, 2022.

When the New Moon Solar Eclipse in Gemini occurred back on June 5, 2021 the North Node in Gemini was right next to it. When the New Moon Solar Eclipse in Sagittarius occurred back on December 4, 2021 the South Node in Sagittarius was right next to it. The Nodes are ALWAYS associated with eclipses. So we can stand here and associate or debate that it is the eclipse that is the cause for everything or we can say it is the planetary alignment. So I say let's play 'take away'. Let's for a moment 'take away' the two (2) aspects Mercury square Neptune and Mars opposing Pluto. Would you imagine the New Moon Solar Eclipse in Gemini would be more or less of what it was? And if we take away the New Moon Solar Eclipse in Gemini would you imagine the two (2) planetary alignments would be more or less of what it was?

This is where I will still maintain and agree that the energy is what 'it is' and heightened during the eclipse, but I will not lay everything that is occurring on the eclipse. I'm laying it on the aspects and saying it is elevated due to the heightened human response because eclipses are a scary sight. The aspects are rowdy and scary enough even without the eclipse present. Having said that, I'm in the planetary alignment camp, not the all-in on the eclipses.

Now let's look at the current aspect alignment and ask ourselves the same questions. Is the current energy of Mercury square Neptune and Mars square Jupiter more or less because of the New Moon Solar Eclipse in Sagittarius?

These energies are present whether or not the eclipse is present and it's pretty flippin' rowdy. And I will add that the current energy is elevated due to the human response to the eclipse.

Think about this folks. I was getting all kinds of questions about the eclipse before it occurred, but not about the planetary alignment involved, even though I had it posted. Not one single person asked about these planetary aspects. [Keep reading . . . ]

Mars square Jupiter is extreme at its minimum, and it is even more extreme at its extreme. This aspect can lead to ruin in those who are severely out of control and need a cold hard lesson in get-your-act-together. This aspect has a tendency to gamble at very high stakes. You may not know when to quit. Moderation has to be learned with this aspect because it is not a natural trait.

Women will have trouble with men because Mars is testosterone in the chart and Jupiter is the higher octave of the Moon (the mother). Men may be having issues with their mother but it reflects on the female partner. Damn, everyone is fighting with each other and it will reveal 'the hypocrites' and 'the liars'.

Remember, this aspect began in applying degrees on November 26, 2021, it is exact today, and will last in separating degrees until December 19, 2021.

As with any aspect, there is also another side to it. Mars squaring Jupiter has another camp, who are a bunch of optimistic people who have their game face on and ready to make things happen for themselves. This group of people are simply trusting and looking forward to Life being better and they are PREPARING. They know everything will work out as it should or as it is supposed to. But alas, they are not sitting back on their hands waiting for things to happen, they are participating to help make things happen.

Regardless, this aspect is aggressive and ready to get in their and fight for what it wants. I will be writing more on Mars squaring Jupiter tomorrow (Wednesday). Even still, we are in a pattern.
