The BIG NEWS today is it is the 'eve' of the 'eve' of the Full Moon in Gemini (us, we, both of me). Yay! I will just say it, we Gemini's have been claiming 'us, we and our' pronouns since we were born. It's who 'we' are.

I remember when my grandson was 12 or 13 years old, we were on one of our backpacking journey's (camping, hiking) on the A.T. (Appalachian Trail) and we sat down for a drink. He pulled out some gum and said, "Do you want a piece?" I said, "Sure!" Then he said, "What about her?" I said, "She wants one too." I hadn't realized until that point that he caught my usual reference to myselves, when I would say me or the other me, or when I want two (2) of something, one for each hand, or for both of us, meaning me and the other me.

But today, we remain slow and steady as she goes, with the Moon in Taurus as we ease up to the Full Moon on Wednesday - December 7, 2022 at 11:08 PM EST.

Today's energy is very slow moving and just plods along like the melodious cow in the pasture. She (the cow) might meander over there, but then she might stand right where she is for a while batting her eyelashes and singing, "Mooooooo". Taurus's are singers, Love music and will typically play an instrument.

The placid bull will not be in a rush either. He (the bull) is undisturbed and unphased unless you poke him with a stick, physically or with your aggravating presence. Just like a bear, don't poke a bull with a stick. The rules are pretty simple.

Taurus's can hold their ground like nobody's businesses. When my grandson was little, I'm talking like maybe around 4 years old, we were in Cherokee, NC (back home) playing in the river with my cousins and their children, along with my sister's grandchildren. I noticed my grandson 'Big Tree' going further and further walking on the big rocks that had water rushing over them. He had water shoes on and at first I was a little nervous with the water rushing under his feet and splattering the back of his ankles and calves, and then I thought, "He's a Taurus! He's rooted. He's planted. He's solid. He's no push-over. He's got this!"

I wanted to yell out all of the things a mindful granny would say to their grandchild, but I knew he was gripping with those little feet. I could see, he was in Taurus-mode. My grandson 'Big Tree' is a Taurus and is now 19-1/2 years old in college at Loyola-Chicago. Wah!

When we would hike the A.T. sometimes he would be so far ahead, he would be out of whistle range. He would plow along with those Taurus feet firmly planted covering the rocky or rooty terrain without flinching.

Folks, look at the area of your chart where Taurus is located and this is where you are 'the melodious cow' or 'placid bull'. The melodious cow sings and bats her eyelashes and the placid bull is often the snotty faced bull with his nostrils flaring and steam coming out of his nose. If you are, or know a Taurus, then you have seen the nostrils flaring when they get angry and you can hear them breathe.

Taurus often gets a bad rap for being stubborn, but really, they know what they want and what they don't want. They have already considered their options and you can't talk them into something they don't want. If the answer is, "No" you can pretty much take that to the bank.

Taurus is also one of the four (4) fixed sign - Aquarius, Taurus, Leo and Scorpio. These signs do not change their mind that often, or it might take a while for them to buy into what you are saying, selling, presenting or telling. And I mean a long while. On every team, in every family and every group, there has to be some fixed energy that keeps the nature of the connections alive. This is what holds and sustains tradition.

Having said all of that, notice today from the aspect list above that we will experience a quincunx (weird and uncomfortable) energy, then an intensifying energy of change or a flip, and then some hard feelings later in the day.

It's days like this where you 'should not' jump into the fray. IT'S FIXED ENERGY TODAY. The Taurus energy is planted and rooted in what it is. This Taurus energy has made up its mind. You are NOT going to change a DANG THING or move the needle one DANG BIT! You will not change their mind, they have to change their mind.

You might notice how firmly planted others are and point fingers at them, but the better option is to look in the mirror at yourself. Dig out your own chart and look to see where your Taurus energy sits. Check out Leo, Scorpio and Aquarius while you are at it.

The flip or change in the middle of the day involves Uranus. Think of the outer planets this way, which are Uranus, Neptune and Pluto . . . the outer planets affect entire generations of people because the transit lasts for years. We can think of the outer planets as energy from outside forces (outside of ourselves) that is affecting us. It's not coming from inside of us, it's coming from outside of us, thereby impacting us as a whole collection, population, and generation of people.

So whatever that flip or change is today under this firmly planted Taurus Moon, it might be a little rattling that will cause the entire herd to scramble and stampede.

In the middle of the day you might get an urge to hurry-up and do something before something else occurs. Pay attention to the news. There is a flip of energy that makes Taurus stampede and pick up speed. Will Taurus energy change their mind? It could happen when there is a flip of energy with Uranus present because Uranus brings a sudden change in circumstance and then people realize, Oh sh!t! I need to get out of here! and then the entire herd (everyone) stampedes. It just takes one to get the energy mooooooooving.

Then the Moon squares Saturn, which is tough energy between mom (the Moon) and dad (Saturn). This is a tough aspect between yin (the Moon) and yang (Saturn). It's estrogen (the Moon) vs. testosterone (Saturn). This aspect can sink into melancholy, depression, darkness, sadness and feelings of being unLoved.

The day ends on a lonely emotional note. Make certain you pay attention, ground yourself, be ready for a stampede or rush if you are in a crowded space if that energy flips. In crowds, you will ALWAYS find my ass on the perimeter or at the very least, I would be more comfortable there.

Interesting . . . my Scorpion King (a Scorpio) and my one of my besties Christine (an Aquarius) will always take my hand in a crowd and pull me through. Without looking back, they reach back, grab my hand and there we go. LOVE!
