The intent of this bath is to soothe and calm the body during the grieving process. This recipe has all the makings for peacefulness, spirituality and Love. This bath can be used when grieving the loss of a Loved one or when grieving the ending of a relationship.
20 oz. = 40 Tbsp. (Tablespoons) . . . 40 Tbsp. = 40 baths . . . Because the package is highly concentrated only 1 Tbsp. per bath is needed.
Bathe 40 minutes. For the full meditation of the issue at hand, take 1 bath a day for 40 days or 1 bath a week for 40 weeks.
If you use this bath once a week, the best day of the week for you will be the day that your zodiac (sun) sign rules. For example: Cancer rules Monday, Gemini rules Wednesday, Leo rules Sunday - Look up your Sun Sign under horoscopes and also read about your Sun Sign Rulerships.
To create this bath use a combination of the essential oils Chamomile, Frankincense, Rose to your olfactory (smelling) satisfaction with 3 cups Dead Sea Salts or Coarse Sea Salt, 1 cup Baking Soda to condition the water and soften the skin. You can certainly use Epsom Salts if it works better for your budget. If you would like to use food coloring to match this bath to a specific chakra, the color of this bath would be GREEN. Do not mix in a plastic bowl, use a stainless steel bowl or a glass bowl and then store in an airtight container such as a mason jar.
