This bath is AWESOME for the skin and loosening up tissue on areas of the body where cellulite reigns supreme, namely the buttocks and thighs. Technically, cellulite does not really even exist. It is just a word to describe how the underlying fat beneathe the skin hardened due to a lack of movement (exercise) and STUCK to its surroundings. Beneathe the surface of the skin, the fat has STUCK to the muscles beneathe the fat and STUCK to the underlying portion of the skin. You HAVE TO HAVE fat because it insulates the body and the fat needs to glide rather than stick! When it sticks, it pulls on the skin and creates dippling (or an orange peel effect).
Use your exfoliating puff to massage your legs; this will soften the skin. You can also use your hands to massage your legs or other areas on the body to help your body separate the stickiness so that the dimpling subsides.
If your body bruises from the massaging, this may be a vitamin deficiency, and then it again it may be showing you a lack of exercise. If you have DVT (Deep Vein Thrombosis) or some other vascular condition or leg pain, see your doctor immediately BEFORE you deeply massage your legs.
Bathe 40 minutes. For the full meditation of the issue at hand, take 1 bath a day for 40 days or 1 bath a week for 40 weeks.
If you use this bath once a week, the best day of the week for you will be the day that your zodiac (sun) sign rules. For example: Cancer rules Monday, Gemini rules Wednesday, Leo rules Sunday - Look up your Sun Sign under horoscopes and also read about your Sun Sign Rulerships.
To create this bath use a combination of the essential oils Geranium, Patchouli, Rose to your olfactory (smelling) satisfaction with 3 cups Dead Sea Salts or Coarse Sea Salt, 1 cup Baking Soda to condition the water and soften the skin. You can certainly use Epsom Salts if it works better for your budget. If you would like to use food coloring to match this bath to a specific chakra, the color of this bath would be BLUE.
