The BIG NEWS today is Mars in Gemini quincunxes Pluto Rx in Capricorn and then Mars will enter the sign of Cancer, and ignite some spark and bounce to the home family.

Mars is the planet of assertion and drive. Mars (along with the Sun) is the testosterone in the chart. Mars will describe the degree of force that we go after what we want. Depending on the sign that Mars is in, it will tell us whether we are forceful and confrontational or if we prefer to sit back and watch. It will also reveal what motivates us and what desires drive us most powerfully.

The quincunx of Mars and Pluto is rather odd because Pluto is the higher octave of Mars. So the second paragraph is the description of Mars, but if you ramp up that description to its higher octave, then it is volatile, explosive and dang near uncontainable or uncontrollable, which is Pluto.

I WENT BACK AND WROTE A HOROSCOPE FOR YESTERDAY. We had two (2) very BIG weekends closing out our summer, and so yesterday I decided to be a slug. I still taught yoga, but took it easy pretty much the rest of the day. The weekend before last we went on a camping/kayaking trip, and this past Labor Day weekend we went on a horseshoe tournament trip with our horseshoe pitching club.
