The BIG NEWS today is Pluto in Capricorn goes Direct. When a planet turns 'Direct' and begins moving forward again in degrees, it can easily feel like the parking brake has been lifted under the subject matter of the 'planet in a sign' involved, in this case it is Pluto in Capricorn. Pluto has a 16 year transit through the sign of Capricorn, which began in 2008 and ends in 2024. Pluto tells us there will be a complete 'destruction of' and complete 'reconstruction of' whatever falls under the sign of Capricorn. Pluto completely levels the subject matter involved and then begins the rebuilding phase. Think power when you think of Pluto. Pluto is the higher octave of Mars. If Mars is impulsive, aggressive, rambunctious, competitive, motivated and masculine energy, then you can only imagine the power of Pluto.

If you have not yet read my write-up from 2008 when this transit began, you might want to take a moment and read it. Over the years I have added a few tidbits, but pretty much mostly left the information intact as I wrote it in 2008. If you can look at the political scene astrologically instead of emotionally, then you will see why I have always said that Hillary Clinton would not be President as it would have just been a change in gender and not a change in government. If you cannot remove your emotions when reading charts, then you have no business reading charts because the reading has to be purely read from an astrological persepective and 'not' from an emotional personal 'I feel this way' view.

Pluto in Capricorn is also why I have stated time and time again that Barack Obama will go down as the 'worst' President in the history of the United States. The chart doesn't lie folks, only the mouth does. Barack Obama was elected when the South Node was in Leo at 12 degrees and he is a 12 degree Leo. His Sun in Leo dropped directly into that South Node in Leo and stayed there for eight (8) years. Heavy! Like an albatross around the neck of the people. Pluto was also moving into Capricorn just 22 days after he was elected. His presidency was never going to amount to anything Good, except the fact that it led us straight up to the 2016 U.S. election. I have written many articles on this website about this, so I'm just giving you the Cliff Notes version this morning to remind you of this energy. It's not over. 2024 is still 4 years away.

The election of 2016 when President Trump was elected was the halfway point of this energy, leaving eight (8) years left to 2024 when Pluto in Capricorn ends. This halfway point was the flip of the Pluto pancake. Hillary Clinton was NEVER going to be president because that would have just been a change in gender and not a complete overhaul of the government. Pluto naturally rules Scorpio and Scorpio rules THE SWAMP! No sh--! I can't make this stuff up. Draining the swamp actually became a platform and motto of Trump's election campaign. At the halfway point, which was the 2016 U.S. election, the Pluto pancake flipped and a total transformation of government began to take place, which in turn impacts the rest of the world -- trade, immigration, etc. Change hurts folks. Change NEVER feels Good, but alas, that is what is exactly what is occurring whether or not your emotions can handle it. It's happening! And further . . . if you want me to say it, then I'll say it . . . of course President Trump will be re-elected. This second half of Pluto in Capricorn is the flip of the pancake and it will not be finished until he completes the Pluto in Capricorn cycle.

Keep in mind, we will still see celebrities, authority figures and trashy, nasty people going to jail over sexual crimes. Harvey Weinstein and Jeffrey Epstein are part of Pluto in Capricorn. Immigration will get settled once and for all. It has to and the people are going to finally rise up and take their state back where they handed it over to the government through certain elected officials ... for one, California! Mercury moves into Scorpio today as well. Mercury in Scorpio cuts to the chase and does not mince words and if you know a Scorpio, their language is generally fairly sharp and often stinging. If you don't want to know, then don't ask a Scorpio because they won't spare your sensitive feelings, you will just have to get over it.
