The BIG NEWS today is the Sun in Libra squares Pluto in Capricorn. Might does not make right, but this aspect thinks so. The Sun square Pluto is cocky and full of itself. The simple explanation is that it has an identity issue because the Sun rules the identity and ego. And remember, Pluto means power, so this aspect is throwing its power around telling you what to do.

This aspect is having trouble controlling its own emotions, so it will seek to control yours. The Sun square Pluto can't decide what it wants or how it feels, but is making decisions out of its league or worse, making decisions for you. The Sun square Pluto has no control over itself, but will have seek to have control over you.

This aspect began in all its cockiness back on October 9, 2021 in applying (approaching) degrees and will last until October 25, 2021 in separating degrees, meaning as the two (2) planets pull apart.

The later degrees of Libra are now getting slammed in their Solar Return through 2024 by this aspect. Now listen closely, if you are not an egotistical loud-mouth bully, then you probably will not have a problem with this aspect. But if you simply cannot shut the hell up and be nice, there is going to be a problem. This is on you.

And think about this, as Pluto in Capricorn nears the end of its destruction through the sign of Capricorn, it is going to be wreaking havoc on POWER and corruption in government, military, corporate executives, authority figures and those in a position of power. Think about this so you can calm down.

The sign of Libra rules the balanced scales of justice and fair play. Libra does not take to injustices very well. So coming into the final degrees of Pluto in Capricorn where it will really wreak some havoc, those who have not fessed up, repented, made restitution, resigned, apologized, made right, etc., this is how you will see the mighty fall. The final degrees are the toughest as it reaches a fever pitch.

So imagine now, Pluto in Capricorn in the final degrees squaring Libra. Pluto has been squaring the Sun in Libra since 2009. It just barely missed a Libra direct hit in 2008 because Pluto was in Libra from January 25, 2008 until June 13, 2008, then it retrograded back into Sagittarius until November 26, 2008 where it then moved into Capricorn, so there was a few month space between June 13, 2008 and November 26, 2008 where Pluto did not make a direct impact (square) to the Sun in Libra.

So we are coming down to the final years, the final degrees of Pluto in Capricorn where it will be squaring the final degrees of the Sun in Libra. Those of you who are 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 degree Libras will be feeling this all the way until the end. Even when Pluto retrogrades back into Capricorn for a brief period of time from September 1, 2024 until November 19, 2024.

But wait, what if you rechanneled this power into something constructive and fought FOR THE destruction of these entities and groups of people who seek to control your Life and others? What if you took up the cause against these entities? The later degree Libra's will be more freedom-fighters than the early degree Libra's because it will be the toughest. Gosh I want to bring up a couple of Libra individuals as examples, but it would only create a shitstorm of argument and hellfire. Oh but wait, I'm Loretta . . . I will write about whatever the hell I want. So here goes.

I do not follow the Kardashian's at all. Not even a little bit. But I did hear that Kim Kardashian is studying for the bar. I don't know her college history and I pretty much don't care because that is NOT the purpose of what I'm trying to teach you here. Let's not get distracted by emotions. Kim is a 28-degree Libra Sun and she has gotten involved in prison reform and had results. She has obviously developed a passion. And she can do that, it's her Life. Yes, I know her dad was a lawyer for OJ. Still, let's not get distracted because it will only hurt your own study of astrology if you want to get hateful (that would be emotional) over Kim Kardashian.

My point is that she is a 28-degree Libra Sun and we could see Pluto in Capricorn squaring her Sun in Libra since February 2018 if we simply look at the Pluto in Capricorn Transiting Degree Calendar. She became involved in prison reform and criminal justice and met with PRESIDENT Trump at the White House in May 2018 over the case of Alice Marie Johnson. I don't care what you think of Kim Kardashian, she met with PRESIDENT Trump over Alice Marie Johnson, which was more than the rest of us did. Sure, she had celebrity and influence, but what better way to use celebrity and influence?

I'm telling all of your late degree Libra Sun's. YOU CAN DO THIS TOO! Sure, Kim Kardashian has lived through yet another divorce during this time (Pluto squaring her Sun fallout), but she stays on the path and heads in another direction but the same direction, which is FORWARD. Regardless of whether you want her to fail, she is clearly using Pluto in Capricorn and not allowing Pluto in Capricorn to use her.

This aspect 'can be' like an individual who literally EXPLODES on the scene. That is the power of Pluto. And think about this, not only has Libra Sun's been slammed with Pluto in Capricorn by way of a square, SO HAS ARIES. Squares occur on both sides of Pluto in Capricorn in opposite signs. So whatever Libra is experiencing, so is Aries. Libra is all about us, we and our, and Aries is all about me, myself and I. It's the same, but different.

The Sun square Pluto does not have to be bad unless you just take your hands off the wheel and glide into the ditch. If you need to control something, then control that! Control your own power and that which you are driving (ambition, goal). If you can control a 2,000 lb. car through traffic, you can certainly navigate Pluto in Capricorn through Life. GET A GRIP!

The key to the success of this aspect is compromise. You absolutely have to compromise, which involves negotiation and sometimes mediation. Those are all Libra buzz words. You must learn the art of compromise if you are striving to get anywhere in life. This may not come easy for you, but at least put forth the effort lest God set you straight for being lazy and pouty. Along with compromise and understanding of the egos of others, this is a power aspect.

The absolute worst option would be to impose your will on others. We see this occurring with governments all over the world. That's Pluto in Capricorn. The world is beginning to uprise and rise up. There will be a lot of Sun square Pluto people rising up who are the Good guys, and going up against Sun square Pluto people who are the bad guys. Check your charts to see where Libra and Capricorn are in the later degrees of your chart, right at about the 22-degree mark, and that will the area of focus for these energies through 2024.
