Lunar aspects have an 'orb of influence' of 12 to 14 hours 'before' and 'after' their exactness. ![]() LEAPIN' LIZARDS BATMAN! This is one powerful Full Moon experience that we are moving through personally and collectively, as an individual, and as a society. The Moon in and of itself rules our emotions, feelings, moods and sensitivities, so when the Moon is huffed, puffed and blown into 'full measure' then you can see why the Full Moon is so full of it, emotion that is. But first, let's keep 'the awakening' meme at the forefront of our brain while contemplating and considering the intention and focus of this Full Moon in Taurus. And for the record, it does not matter what kind of awakening you needed or may have experienced during your Life because the hardest and most meaningful awakenings were pretty darn rude, meaning difficult.
Maybe you have had an alcohol awakening, a drug awakening, a romantic relationship awakening, a financial awakening, a personality (character) awakening, a chip on your shoulder (ego) awakening, a friendship awakening, a work/career awakening, or a child awakening (you know, my child wouldn't do that). No matter what kind of awakening you experienced, the hardest ones were the rudest. Maybe you witnessed the worst of yourself, or the worst of someone else. Rude awakenings will break you and bring you to your knees. Yet it is also a way of getting closer to God. Maybe that is what it takes. Nothing brings people to God and makes them do an 'about face' and straighten up faster than a rude awakening. So rude awakenings have their purpose. God knows this. Heck, WE know this! Think of it, nothing brings back those we Love faster than a rude awakening. Remember the prodigal son in the Bible. As the prodoigal son story goes - a headstrong, stubborn and wayward son squanders his inheritance, then returns home to find that his father forgives him. ~Luke 15:11–32 The father takes him back and is more than happy to see him. That son was without a job, money, friends, family, stuff, and had no choice but to go back home and return to the father and ask for forgiveness. Things are bad, I mean they are really bad for some folks. And then others have know idea just how bad things are simply because they are not paying attention, they are in their own little bubble, or they have landed in 'mockingbird territory'. In other words just repeating what they hear without question or push back.
Anyway, this Full Moon in Taurus, which is all about self-worth and net-worth, is going to rattle some cages and ruffle some feathers. This Full Moon is accompanied by Saturn in Pisces turning Direct and will leave us with this popping type of feeling, like the emergency brake on the car was just released. It's kind of a jerky feeling where you can't help but feel the shift, the release and the liberation from being held back. If you are not ready, prepared and awake, this energy could cause you to take a helluva nosedive simply out of fear. This reminds me of the 'Parable of the Talents where a master gives different amounts of money (talents) to his servants, expecting them to use and grow what they were given. Two (2) of the servants used the talents and essentiallly grew the talents into more and one (1) of the servants out of fear hid his talent and pretty much grew nothing out of his talent. Basically this parable is about actively using your God-Given natural abilities to better yourself through your passion, skills, talents and creativity. You can rest on your ass and do nothing. See how that works for you. This Full Moon in Taurus could not be more about self-worth, as well as net-worth if it tried. In addition to the Moon in Taurus (your personal money) opposing the Sun in Scorpio (other people's money) we are also in the 'orb of influence' of haters b' hatin'. We are in a space in time where a collection of folks would rather slop around in mud or quicksand, rather than reach out and take a hand from someone who wants to help. The ego-trip with a strong dose of hater-aid will take many down with it. Watch!
At the same time, others will play their cards just right, having been prepped and set, so their road will be a lot easier. Even if the stock market crashes, it's an opportunity for those who prepped to buy low, low, low. While this Full Moon is your self-worth translated into net-worth (Taurus), it is also the spouse, mate or business partner's self-worth translated into their net-worth (Scorpio). Couples and partnerships are definitely talking, sharing, discussing and deliberating not only their 'security' but their 'insecurity'. This holds True for 'security and insecurity' financially speaking (meaning securities), as well as 'security and insecurity' where confidence is held or needed. This energy can cause an individual, or the couple, or the partnership to shake with insecurity, which can cause them to make costly decisions. People will do strange things to make themselves feel secure, which ends up making them feel more insecure if it dips past what they can rightfully afford. If you cannot yet afford the new flooring, or the new refrigerator, or the new house, or the new car, THEN DON'T BUY IT! For Heaven's sake. We aren't talking a new pair of shoes here, or a monthly subscription to something. That is a heck-of-a-lot different than a $150 monthly payment or a $1500 car payment. People really do pay that much in car payments, either for one or two cars combined. Sometimes even the most practical thinking couples fall into a pit of new bills because they bought the new furniture with zero interest for one-year, but then didn't pay it off in a year thereby creating a payment plan with interest. Money is tricky right now folks. Zero interest is GREAT, but you have to have self-discipline to do the right thing with your money.
Folks, if and when the markets go crazy, you have to be calm, cool and collected because there are opportunities to buy low. Those who over-leveraged will be unloading things, stuff, property, etc., in order to put themselves in a better financial position. Nothing wrong with that folks, you just have to be smart enough to do it when you know you need to do it. You can drive through any neighborhood and see money all over the lawn, driveway, or in the garage. Piles of money laying out in the elements (weather) or piled up in the garage. IT'S MONEY!!! Look in your basements, attics, closets and storage lockers. IT'S MONEY that turned to waste, especially if it is carelessly piled up with disregard, care and attention. Less is more folks. Less stuff is more money for your cushion. Remember Saturn in Pisces is about 'minimalism'. When is the last time you read the Saturn in Pisces write-up? Saturn is conservative and sadly some people are being pushed, pulled, yanked and pressed into being more conservative. Forced into conserving, how's that make you feel? It probably feels like pressure, but what if you conserved on your own? So folks, hang tight and be cool. Get through this Full Moon and let it dissipate and deflate before making any BIG financial decisions and commitments. If the market doesn't go to hell in handbasket and gets kookie and scary, then we can still expect a 'pause' in the stock market, meaning trading pauses for five (5) minutes so everyone can calm down, get a grip, breathe into a paper bag, and phone a friend, before buying and selling starts up again. WOOOOOOOO! Take a breath!
Now let's say you have been stocking, storing, prepping, supplying, outfitting and readying your Life, you know, like insurance. You don't drive without insurance, right? The reason why people have signed contracts and written agreements is for insurance. People like to insure that whatever they agreed to will be carried through to the end, settlement, or Life. You may never use your health, auto or home insurance, but by golly you have it and you pay for it in a lump sum every year, every six (6) months, or every month. Why? Because if you don't have insurance, it will cost you out the ying-yang and you will pay dearly in other ways. The Sun is in 'Scorpio' opposing the Moon in 'Taurus', which creates a Full Moon. Scorpio rules insurance. Scorpio wants insurance and assurance. The same goes for stocking, storing, prepping, supplying, outfitting and readying your Life, you know, like insurance. This Full Moon 'in Taurus' opposite the Sun in Scorpio should have you thinking and protecting what is yours. After all, the Taurus motto is, I have therefore I am. I have therefore I AM. I HAVE therefore I am. What is currency to you? Currency is not just money, it's stuff. Stuff can be traded, shared, bartered and negotiated just like currency (money). I see the astrological charts as insurance. Not only is the chart a map, it's insurance of knowledge. We knew Pluto was in Capricorn, we knew Saturn was in Pisces, when knew what was coming and we prepared, prepped and planned for it. THE CHARTS ARE INSURANCE! The Scorpio motto is 'I desire therefore I am'. While Taurus 'has', Scorpio wants more. Scorpio has a taste, a craving, a longing, and a hunger for something. Remember, the opposite sign ALWAYS takes something to the higher-octave. It does not make it better, because it's the same, it just shows up different. The Taurus motto says, Me, myself and my money, while the Scorpio motto says, "Us, we and our money. Although the motto for Scorpio could easily be - "What's mine is mine, what's yours is mine. And by the way, you're mine too!" This Full Moon is a spotLight too, it is shedding Light on what you need to know or see. Since the Moon is in Taurus (I have therefore I am) and focused on financial, things, and stuff, then our attention to these topics alone or together are certainly in order. Why? Because when it's the Truth, it shows up everywhere! If this Daily Horoscope resonated with you or you received an 'Ah-ha', please consider supporting my 'original content' and buying ME a coffee.
