The Moon in Virgo quincunx Mars in Taurus at 6:48 PM EDT. Lunar aspects have an 'orb of influence' of 12 to 14 hours 'before' and 'after' their exactness.

It's a rather quiet day on the emotional lunar front as the only aspect we experience today is the Moon quincunx Mars, which occurs much later in the day at 6:48 PM EDT. However, there is a 12 to 14 hour 'orb of influence' that does occur before and after exactness. That means we should be feeling or 'intuiting' this quincunx somewhere between 4:48 AM EDT - 6:48 AM EDT, which is a whole 10 to 12 hours before it is exact. Same goes for after its exactness. All lunar aspects are like this, except for the Full Moon and New Moon as their impact lasts much longer.

A quincunx is weird and uncomfortable energy that requires a fix or an adjustment on your part. I like to compare it to having your underwear stuck in your 'intergluteal fold', which is fancy way for saying 'your crack'. It's uncomfortable, but if you just reach back and make that easy adjustment with a little tug, the problem is fixed. And you did it without anyone else seeing you.

The Moon rules the emotions, feelings, moods and sensitivities, while Mars brings in the energy of the warrior, competition, aggression, assertion and confrontation. This quincunx can your ruffle feathers and ramp-up your feelings, but what if you simply removed yourself from the weird and uncomfortable situation? What if you just stepped back?
