You may have noticed conversation around committed relationships and money taking an unusual or odd turn. This is because Venus is the co-ruler of Taurus and Libra. Taurus naturally rules personal finances, self-worth, morals and values, while Libra naturally rules companionship, committed relationships, partnerships, contractual unions and marriages. The odd turn comes from Uranus, which is the odd ball planet that spins on its side. Uranus is unique, unusual and undeniably different. Uranus also rules electricity, which results in a sudden change in circumstance.
