VENUS SEXTILE URANUS

This is an easy aspect showing cooperation between two planets which leads to opportunity. It has a positive blending effect on the planets. Sextiles are considered a "soft" or "easy" aspects that reflect the planets involved. They have a way of delivering you an opportunity. It's as if the phone is ringing or there is a knock at the door. Again, it is your choice to answer the opportunity. Opportunities can reveal themselves under the strangest of circumstances.

It is important to understand that Venus rules Love, beauty and relationships. Venus is aesthetic, artistic and romantic. Venus also rules self-worth, morals, values, earned income and personal finances. Uranus is the planet of a sudden change in circumstance, much like a lightning strike. Uranus also represents innovation, invention, individuality and independence. Uranus literally strikes out and strikes out on its own, like lightning. Uranus is unconventional and electrifying; thereby bringing about sudden change in an instant, which can show up as being erratic. You can pretty much expect the unexpected when Uranus is involved.

This aspect is what causes one to fall in love quickly. It can also cause or stimulate one to marry suddenly. This aspects loves to be in a relationship that offers the opportunity to express one's individuality. This aspect needs a great deal of space, freedom and independence in relationships. It says, "I love you, but don't cling to me." It also says, "I want you, but not right now." A traditional relationship does not agree with this aspect. This is a very unconventional relationship aspect.

Venus sextile Uranus can easily have you doing THE MOST unusual things for money and Love. Things that you would not normally do, you just might do those things for money or Love. You must develop a 'sense of self' so strong that you know - right from wrong, Good from evil, yes from no, commitment from broken promises. You must also know when you are trying to buy others Love, attention and affection through gifts, compliments or acts of service. Be clear folks, be clear. If you had a strong 'sense of self' then you would not have to compromise yourself or lose part of yourself in order to make someone else happy.

Venus rules both the 2nd house of self-worth (morals and values), which translates into net-worth (personal income and possessions), and the 7th house of committed relationships, mated unions, marriages, partnerships and contractual couplings.

Venus presenting in such a unusual, odd and unconventional form with Uranus will test your limits of money and Love. What will you do for money and/or Love? Venus sextile Uranus has kind a 'Fear of miss out (FOMO)'' quality to it.

"If I don't do this, then he/she will find someone else to do it with them." Right there is your first indicator that person is 'not' the one for you.

Uranus is rebellious, quick, spontaneous and sudden. It can cause a couple to elope or have a threesome when one person in the relationship really does not want to go through with it. This aspect can prod, inch and nudge you into something that you would not otherwise do for money or Love. There is a temptation quality to it that can send you in the wrong direction jackrabbit fast. Venus sextile Uranus easily engages in crazy or kinky sexual antics.

If you have strong sense of self-worth and a commitment to self, you will not find yourself doing stupid, desperate and funky things for Love. Instead you will benefit from quick and sudden changes in money and Love.

When it comes to money and Love, we are pretty much in 'anything goes' territory. Everything has sex attached to it. Not sexual or sexy, but SEX. The desperation for attention or friendship is unreal. People really are doing 'anything' for money and Love. The lengths people go to on social media for attention is just outrageous.

Maybe I'm just being 64 years old, but I don't think so. What I'm seeing through the lens of social media is more people uncomfortable in their own skin, claiming they don't care what others think, all the while scratching and crawling to get attention from complete strangers. It's the damndest and dumbest thing I've ever seen. Sharing your success to motivate others, sharing your knowledge, skills, talents and gifts is one thing, but that's not what I am referring to here, I think we know that.

Venus sextile Uranus could easily play on your insecurities (Venus) causing you to do just about anything for Love. Security comes through several houses in the chart in different forms. The 2nd house and our feelings of security come through self-worth and net-worth. We could not be living in more 'insecure' times.

Be careful folks, Venus sextile Uranus falls in and out of Love immediately, if not sooner. This is not the aspect that you want to start something NEW that you Love, because it simply won't last, including a new job or a new relationship. This aspect can cause one to run off and elope. Sounded like a Good idea at the time.

What this aspect really wants is space, freedom and independence. It says, "I Love you, but don't cling to me." It also says, "I want you, but not right now." It says, "Don't call me, I'll call you." Traditional relationships turn unconventional, but that doesn't last. So just say, "HELL NO!" to the temptations or threats to make you do something you would not otherwise do for money or Love.

This aspect can also be incredibly inventive and innovative when it comes to money, creating more of it and bringing a new project to fruition. It's the distractions of sex that will getch'ya. You know, like the click bait stories plastered across your social media with booties and breasts in your face to get you to click. Desperate!
