The BIG NEWS today is Venus in Gemini turns Direct. Well aren't we lucky? That 'we' being 'me and the other me'. We just Love being Loved by the cosmos so much. Venus brings about the energy of 'Divine Protection'. Check your natal chart or solar return to see where 'Divine Protection' lands on you. If you Venus is harshly impacted by other planets, you may have some work to do in order to realilze and believe such 'Divine Protection'. With Gemini being two (2) completely different halves of a whole, it's not often that 'both of us' are Loved so much by so many because 'we are' quite a handful and have a knack for rocking the boat and getting everyone wet. I should know, we are a Gemini too. That 'we' being 'me and the other me'.

Since Venus in Gemini involved a Retrograde, then Gemini will experience Venus in its sign until August 7, 2020 where it will then move into Cancer. Until then, it's pretty much Venus in Gemini all summer long. Yay for US! That 'us' being 'me and the other me'.

Venus moved into Gemini on Friday, April 3, 2020 and then turned Retrograde on May 13, 2020 until today at 2:47 AM EDT where it then turned Direct and will remain Direct in Gemini until Friday, August 7, 2020. My gosh that is a long transit of Venus through Gemini. Now why do you suppose that is?

First let's consider that Gemini and Sagittarius are opposing signs. They sit on opposite sides of the chart wheel. Gemini rules the 3rd house, while Sagittarius rules the 9th house. Gemini rules reporting, while Sagittarius rules journalism. Gemini rules education grades 1 thru 12, while Sagittarius rules higher education, colleges and universities. Gemini rules automobiles, while Sagittarius rules trucks. Gemini rules siblings and first cousins, while Sagittarius rules step-siblings and sibling-in-laws. They are the same, but different. Gemini is the listener, while Sagittarius is the talker. Don't think Gemini didn't hear what you said, they heard every syllable and the tone you used. You can see Gemini listening and the cogwheels turning as you speak. They are listening so much that you might just get intimated by the look of listening that you end up over-talking and that's where Gemini gets you and you spill the beans. When a Gemini is silent, they are listening. Sagittarius goes the opposite direction and often suffers from hoof-in-the-mouth syndrome where they will fill in every space in time with a word. These two (2) signs are the same but opposite, just as all sun signs are of their opposite and therein sits the perfect balance.

Interestingly enough, the Nodes shifted on May 6, 2020 and North Node is in Gemini right now and the South Node is in Sagittarius until January 18, 2022. The North Node is where your 'cup runneth over' and the South Node is the 'bottomless pit' or the 'drain' or the 'hole in your chart'. So again, Gemini is getting the best of both worlds right now with Venus in Gemini and the North Node in Gemini. I have not yet created the degree calendar for the North and South Node in Gemini/Sagittarius but I will have time to do that this weekend. I will also proof the article I wrote and get that posted.
