As it turned out, yesterday I ran off with my group friends that I have been connected to for the last 25 years. Before I came along, they had already been friends with each other for 15 years. So it's a very long dear, tight and committed circle of friends without any silly drama, cackling or offended bullsh!t. We talk about Life, stuff, not each other. We are split down the middle, exactly half men and half women. Half retired, half business owners.

In a twist of fate, 2020 took a handful of our group (literally) and a family member from each of us, and sent them to Heaven, and none from Covid. We have been through a lot TOGETHER, including lots of traveling, camping, birding, late nights, fundraisers, celebrations and straight into grandparenting. I'm blessed. Really, really blessed. We all had a space in time that made it possible for a get together, so we did.

The BIG NEWS today is Mercury quincunx's Pluto and then Mercury will move out of Leo and into Virgo where it will remain until October 4, 2023. That's quite a ride for Mercury in Virgo considering Mercury only stays in a sign for 14 to 17 days, but this round of Mercury involves a retrograde from August 23, 2023 until September 15, 2023. So, there ya' go. Mercury in Virgo lasting two (2) months and one (1) week. Uggggh!
