The BIG NEWS today is we are still under the 'orb of influence' of the New Moon in Aquarius that hit exact on Friday - February 9, 2024 at 5:59 PM EST. Even though the Moon has moved into the sign of Pisces, which is monk mode and moving meditations, the New Moon energy is still very much present as it will take a 'full' two (2) weeks for the Moon to grow, expand, bloat into the Full Moon on Saturday - February 24, 2024. So you see, we are still pretty dang close to that New Moon that occurred two (2) days ago.

This is a very simple and easy day of emotions, but I want to set you up first so that you use the Pisces Moon to your advantage.

One thing that I forgot to hammer-down on Friday is that Aquarius is THE MOST innovative and inventive sign of the zodiac. I probably mentioned that, but I need to cram-pack that awareness into your mind. Saturn is Aquarius's ancient ruling planet; therefore, Saturn is the co-ruler of Aquarius and Capricorn. NEVER forget that. This is what makes the Aquarian so structured and disciplined.

At the same time, Aquarius is rebellious and will tip over that apple cart (like Gemini) just to see what falls out or to see your reaction. That is because Uranus is the modern day ruler of Aquarius. Uranus was not even discovered until March 13, 1781. Hardly 'modern times', but that date is not 'ancient times' either.

Back to Aquarius being THE MOST innovative and inventive sign of the zodiac. This is the time to re-invent the self. Discard, abandon and simply stop doing the things that are not working for you, and re-invent yourself.

Why keep doing anything that is not working for you? Why do that? How much drama do you need? How much more unconscious or difficult can an adult be by continuing to do something that isn't working? Why not be nice? If you can't be nice, be cordial or civil. Why lose yourself over, or to, someone else? Do you know what that means? Aquarius knows! That means you hand over your power. That means someone else has power over you when you lose your marbles, wits, temper or even money.

So here we are at the Moon in Pisces, which rules monk mode and moving meditations. In other words, you should be in your mind'full'ness and as present as possible. Living in the moment, second and minute. Taking in where you are and not wondering how or why? Just being right there.

Now how is that possible to be in the moment when Pisces rules the past and Aquarius rules the future? The Sun does not move out of Aquarius until Sunday - February 18, 2024 at 11:13 PM EST.

Aquarius also rules your 'hopes and wishes'. What's the difference? I'll leave that for you to mentate on when you are in your monk mode or moving meditation.

While you cannot do anything about the past, you can certainly live in the past through consequences, fallout, the domino effect, chain-of-events, chain reactions, repercussions and sequels.

While you cannot do a dang thing about the past, you can certainly direct and guide future events based on past events. So you might want to rethink your hopes and wishes. Hoping and wishing could use some help on your part by matching your actions and reactions. Then poof positive change occurs.

So you might want to ponder this, "Nothing happens without you." And I mean that literally and figuratively. Nothing happens without your action and input. And nothing happens if you do nothing. Inaction begets inaction. You were there, living in your Life, present for it all, even if you were silent or didn't physically show up because nothing happens without you.

So while Pisces today has you meditating, pondering, wondering, reflecting, musing and ruminating, let yourself do just that instead of trying to figure it out and analyze it to death like your counterpart, Virgo. While Virgo has its valuable place, its place is not today. It's Pisces time. Time to reflect, meditate, ponder, etc. Allow yourself to see how Life landed and how you ended up right where you are this very minute.

Enjoy this time of reflection because we are still in Aquarius Season where you 'get to' reinvent yourself. Not to mention we are still in the strong 'orb of influence' of the New Moon in Aquarius that occurred Friday night at 11:13 PM EST. Heck, last night we were only 24 hours away from it. Tonight we will be 48 hours away from it. SEE! We are still that close to the New Moon in Aquarius. Reinvent yourself my dear little Astrotators.

You do not need to beat yourself up over the past and how you acted and reacted, but you do get to change your ways and operate at a higher level of 'being'. Since you are a human 'being', you can also be a human 'doing'. The past cannot change, but the future and outcome of said past can change. Oh yeah, most definitey.

Today there are two (2) sextiles later in the day, which bring ease, comfort, peace and silly theatrics to the mix. After all, Pisces is THE MOST dramatic and theatrical sign of the zodiac, in a storyteller kind of way.

One huge piece of advise, DO NOT overdrink yourself today because of Superbowl. That will ruin this energy sure as anything. Pisces is about meditation and reflection, not drinking like a fish. The spiritual nuggets you are chewing will turn bland, dull and mundane if you waste this energy and wash it down with alcohol.

So drink-up, and I mean drink water because fish don't require any other fluid except water. This will help keep you clear and clean.
