Venus is the co-ruler of Taurus (2nd house) and Libra (7th house). The 2nd house rules personal finances, morals, values, net-worth, which translate into self-worth. In other words, whatever you say you are worth, well then . . then ya' go. Your self-worth will reflect in what your personal finances look like. The 7th house rules contractual agreements within two (2) parties, which includes both business partnerships and personal relationships like marriages. Where an agreement is made 'contractually', which results in a binding union, that is the nature of this house.

Venus correlates with beauty, Love, things that are aesthetically pleasing and artistic in nature. Neptune is dreamy, creative and imaginative. Neptune is the higher octave of Venus, which can cloud of vision. This is an important point because Venus is a cloud-covered planet. You have probably heard or may have said, "Get your head out of the clouds." Well, if Neptune is the higher octave of Venus, then you can understand why the vision is so clouded under this aspect. I did not have one second to ask a question about herself because she was too busy telling me. I cannot remind you enough during Leo season about bragging. The impression you leave may not be so much what you have, as it may be a window into the world of what you don't have. And more bragging won't fix that. It will make the impression worse.

Maybe there is too much self-indulgence in spending, eating, drinking, sex . . drugs? Smoke and mirrors folks! This makes it easier to be susceptible to desires that could make you wander astray. There is a lot of confusion in matters of sex. Emotionalism and self-delusion may cloud judgment, which could result in depression. This aspect makes the individual their own worst enemy. I would absolutely NOT gamble with this aspect present. I wouldn't even bet one (1) dollar! If you want to see your personal finances depleted in a hurry, then gambling under this aspect will do it.
