DESCRIPTION:  Is a first aid remedy and used to aid in more popular 'general' ailments.
POTENTIAL BENEFITS:  Marigold is high in phosphorus and contains Vitamins A and C.  It has been used for earaches and fevers.  As a tincture it can be applied to bruises or sprains or used to treat muscle spasms and ulcers.  It also helps to discharge mucus from the nostrils.  Some herbalists have used Marigold for heart and/or circulation.  It has also been used to heal scars with or without acupuncture.
POTENTIAL SIDE EFFECTS:  None known as this time.
PARTS USED:  The herb itself.  
GENERAL USAGE:  It has been used to treat amenorrhea, anemia, blood cleansing, bronchitis, BRUISES, cancer, colitis, CRAMPS, CUTS, diarrhea, EAR ISSUES, eye infections, FEVER, HEMORRHOIDS, hepatitis, jaundice, SKIN ISSUES, toothaches, ulcers, varicose veins, worm elimination and wounds.
