Venus quincunx Uranus

A quincunx is where two (2) signs pretty much have nothing in common and sit there wondering what to do about each other. It's like they are saying, "What now?" This is how you feel completely uncomfortable in your own family, or with people you should feel comfortable with, but yet you have nothing in common, and sometimes you have nothing to even fight over, so you might just make something up in order to tango/tangle.

It's weird and uncomfortable energy to say the least. You just cannot seem to land in the same space and it's like you are coming from different worlds that are not even opposite worlds. Further, a quincunx is an angle that sits at 150 degrees, which is between a trine at 120 degrees and an opposition at 180 degrees.

Venus is the co-ruler of Taurus (2nd house) and Libra (7th house). Uranus is the ruler of Aquarius (11th house) and the higher-octave of Mercury (the communicator).

Taurus rules our self-worth, which morphs and translates into our net-worth.

Libra rules the duality of relationships, commitments, contractual unions, us, we and our.

Aquarius rules friends, acquaintances, groups, masses, memberships, alliances, socializing and social media.

Uranus is a generational planet, so it is affecting, influencing and impacting all of the generations. Remember, Uranus is the higher octave of Mercury, the communicator.

During this time, as political emotions are still so HIGH, we are all no doubt feeling the uncomfortable vibe. I am no stranger to speaking up and putting myself out there, so I'm pretty use to the brain wrestle of words, communication and social media, as well as the comeback, fallout or confrontation of said or written words. Just be fully aware folks, when you put yourself out there, then you open yourself up. That's just the way it goes. Cook, clean or get out of the damn kitchen if you can't handle it.

Uranus is the tilted and oddball planet that nearly spins on its side where you might find yourself looking at friends with a tilted head trying desperately to understand where they are coming from.

So when your vibe is rocked and rolled, then don't be so shocked and surprised. What did you expect? When Uranus is present, it brings sudden change in circumstances. You can expect the unexpected when Uranus shows up and what you expected isn't what you expected. And no one has to walk away crying and hurt. This isn't high school. Deal with it!

Since Venus is involved, it's also fair to say that romantic relationships or partnerships will also likely be impacted because the 7th house of Libra is also affected. A quincunx is a 150 degree angle, which is 30 degrees less than a 180 degree opposition, and 30 degrees more than a trine, which is a 120 degree angle. In other words, a quincunx sits between a rock and a hard place, or between relationships and full blow opposition (tug-of-war).

So again, if you open that can of worms, then either expect a weird and uncomfortable vibe, or don't go there. And if you go there, then stand in the fire.

Venus quincunx Uranus DOES NOT mean the relationship is over, it just means there is trouble in paradise for a few days, which includes 2 or 3 days before and after the day of this aspect hitting exact.

So you can either pout, sulk and curl up in the fetal position feeling or claiming that you can't be yourself, or you can choose to stand in yourself and be yourself. No one likes a pity party (poor me syndrome).

Just remember, if you claim you cannot be yourself in this/that relationship, then that is your proclamation, and I would have a real problem with that too, if I were you. It looks like you will have to do something about it in order to be yourself. Quincunxes REQUIRE THAT YOU make a change or an adjustment to right the energy. Be yourself, the world will adjust.
