SUN QUINCUNX SATURN
A quincunx is where two (2) signs pretty much have nothing in common and sit there wondering what to do about each other. It's like they are saying, "What now?" This is how you feel completely uncomfortable in your own family, or with people you should feel comfortable with, but yet you have nothing in common, and sometimes you have nothing to even fight over, so you might just make something up in order to tango/tangle.
It's weird and uncomfortable energy to say the least. You just cannot seem to land in the same space and it's like you are coming from different worlds that are not even opposite worlds. Further, a quincunx is an angle that sits at 150 degrees, which is between a trine at 120 degrees and an opposition at 180 degrees.
The Sun quincunx Saturn puts two (2) father or authority figures up against each other. It's like two (2) men, the father and the step-father, walking the daughter/step-daughter down the isle together. That's nice and sweet, and I have seen this many times, but since it is a quincunx, it means that it is weird and uncomfortable. So they get along, but more along the lines of tolerating each other for this one day.
So the rule in this scenario is the father walks the daughter down the isle, and then breaking the rules with a little uncomfortable twist makes the bride happy and no gloves came off. Work with the rules before you break them. No one has to get hurt.
My friends and I always say, "If you are going to break the law, only break one law at a time." If you are going to speed, wear your seatbelt. If you are going to not wear your seatbelt, don't speed. Further, if you are going to speed and not wear seatbelt, have insurance. See how that goes?
Life can go South really quick if you insist on not knowing or asking about the rules, and then breaking more than one law or rule at a time.
