Today's Capricorn Moon takes us through (3) completely different aspects shifting our emotional approach from one focus to another. I guess it's not enough that the Moon changes signs every 2 to 2-1/2 days and changes our emotional approach so quickly, but when the Moon is impacted by several different planets in one day, it just ratchets up the emotional load a little more. Our emotions are being banged and batted around every single day. Who the heck can get a handle on that? Well, Capricorn can!

There is no better way to describe a Capricorn Moon other than calling it 'sobering'. WHAP with a slap right across the face this Moon will wake your ass up! "SNAP OUT OF IT!" says Loretta Castorini to Ronny Cammareri in the movie 'Moonstruck' as he professes his Love for her. The Capricorn Moon sobers up the emotions in a heartbeat and you quickly get a real handle on what is going on. This Moon is like getting a bucket of cold water thrown in your face. That'll wake you up. The Capricorn Moon is NOT about to live or let you live in a half-truths (lies), fantasy, smoke and mirrors.

The day begins with the serious Capricorn Moon trine to Uranus in Taurus creating change in the mood and tone of the emotional household. This puts the household in a better emotional state than it has been the past few days. The silent treatment may be wearing off, but there is still a serious tone. Maybe something odd or unusual occurred that caused there to be a break in the silence. Either way, there is a spark that shifted the energy and its moving again.

The Moon will then square Mercury later in the day causing the emotions and the mind to be at odds. Thoughts (Mercury) and feelings (the Moon) are just not connecting rightly. Squares are just a bummer and with misspoken words this Capricorn Moon unleashes the sarcasm, which might feel like an attack. The Moon square Mercury reminds me of Sargeant Carter in the old TV show 'Gomer Pyle USMC'. Sargeant Carter was cranky, constantly yelling and typically had to swallow his pride by the end of the show. Nothing made Sargeant Carter happy as he often jumped to conclusions and punished Gomer. These aspect feeds right into the blame-game of the Sun opposing Neptune, which was exact yesterday and lasts until September 24, 2021.

The last aspect today is the Moon sextile Neptune, which tames the wild beast and has you tuning into the intuition of the Moon. After all, this is what the Moon wants us to do anyway. Instead of wasting the lunar energy on being emotional, what it really wants you to do is tune-in like a Tune-ah-Fish. Neptune with his trident looks like a tuning fork. Tune-in to your intuition because Neptune is also the visionary, intuitive, image maker and dreamer. There is an 'unconscious prompting' that occurs with the Moon sextile Neptune that can only be seen as intuition because there is no other way to explain how you arrived at such information.

This last aspect has a lot of spirituality connected to it, which should bring you closer to God, not further away. That's how you know the difference. If something is really supposed to be Good, then it should lead you closer to God and have that intention embedded in it. It should be clear. If whatever that so-called spiritual thing is and does not lead you closer to God, then that's when you should question it.

Neptune can easily go down the path of the occult that has worship where God is not referenced or given credit. There might be some sort of divination or magic associated with something that is not of God or that does not reference God or does not give God or His Son Jesus credit. You must use the Capricorn Moon to remain wide-awake and DISCERN. Remember, God gave us the spirit of discernment.
