The BIG NEWS today is the Sun in Libra quincunx's Neptune in Pisces Retrograde (Rx), which began in applying degrees on October 16, 2023, it is exact today, and will last in separating degrees until October 21, 2023.

This aspect reminds me of my least favorite word of all time, which is 'potential'. Potential simply means you haven't done it yet, whatever 'it' is. It means nothing is happening. It's just sitting there on the table doing nothing, except being kicked around and talked about. So big deal, someone has potential. Come back and tell us when you've done it.

Potential means nothing unless you use it. Potential standing alone as a word is a big ol' - zero, nada, zilcho, nothing, blank and stagnant on its own. It is a big ol' pile of nothing unless it is 'lit' like a wick on a stick of dynamite. When potential is 'lit' only then will it turn into something, but standing on its own as a word means nothing. So you have potential? So what! Big deal. Light the damn wick and let's see what'cha got!

Quincunx's are weird and uncomfortable energy. Since the Sun is involved in this aspect, remember that the Sun has to do with our 'identity' and it will shine wherever it sits, which may leave you feeling looked at, exposed and noticed. Keep reading, there's a little more . . .

In the context of the Sun getting noticed in this quincunx, this aspect also reminds me of the person who does EVERYTHING they can to 'look' different and stand out and apart from everyone else, but then gets offended when someone looks. Well hold on just a damn minute, why would someone try so hard to be seen, especially when using shock value, and then get offended when someone looks or even stares? There is a psychology right there that the individual may not realize they are expressing or that they are ready to address, which has to do with the father (the Sun) and Love (Neptune).

These aspects have different ways of expressing themselves. So given that I just presented two (2) examples of how this energy can show up for you, as 'potential' or 'look at me but don't look at me', what are you feeling?

The Sun quincunx Neptune is no doubt creative and artistic, as well as musical, with Neptune present. If not acted upon with discipline and intention, this could easily end up as 'potential' and unrealistic plans that need to be brought into the realms of reality. Instead, let your Light shine (the Sun) and get some mileage out of your Life rather than talking about what you're gonna do, or layering yourself like an onion where no one can see the 'real' you.

This aspect really wants you to become more practical so that your creative and artistic nature will be expressed. Sometimes too much of something creates more discomfort - 'look at me but don't look at me'. If you're gonna, then go. Gonna has 'go' in it. Break out your tools, brushes, pens, devices, canvas, ingredients, recipes, whatever it is that you are gonna do it, AND 'GO' DO IT! Enough with the mischanneling and redirecting of energy thereby spinning your wheels in 'I'm gonna'. GO! Light the wick and 'go' do it!

Oh, and do I need to remind you NOT TO drink alcohol or do any recreational drugs when Neptune is afflicted. Never mix alcohol or recreational drugs with Neptune in a hard aspect.
