The BIG NEWS today is Venus Quincunx Jupiter, which is the aspect of needing too much approval. This aspect cares what people think. This aspect covers a lot of bases, including taking a side simply because of a need for approval or not wanting to be an outcast, mocked or ridiculed, even if that position is wrong. When have you been too afraid or reluctant to speak up, or take a stand for fear of how it might make you appear to others? Need approval from others much?

The Moon in Libra today doesn't help matters much because Libra energy wants peace at all costs. Libra absolutely does care what others think. Harmony and balance ya' know! Libra is a Lover, not a fighter. Unless of course something is downright unjust or unfair and then Libra's puts on the judges robe and pulls their gavel out. Libra has a habit of stepping in to keep the peace, but then no one else has to step up and do anything to keep the peace because Libra is busy doing it all, which really rubs Libra energy the wrong way because they are busy doing everything while everyone else does nothing. Check your chart for the Libra area to see how you may be doing this in the area of your chart ruled by Libra.

This Libra Moon wants everyone to get along, it is a people-pleaser and tries really hard to be liked. Now imagine the current South Node in Libra and how many people would simply not speak up, research, investigate or take a stand politically because of the fear of pushback or worse, reprisal.

The current South Node in Libra will end on January 11, 2025 and the fear of what others think will finally lift. Unless of course you have a South Node Libra in your natal chart, then you will be wrestling with 'likeability' until you finally decide to move to your North Node in Aries and just be your own identity that doesn't need the approval of others. And you won't have to broadcast it either because you won't care enough to broadcast it if you don't need the approval.

Venus Quincunx Jupiter will side with what an individual thinks is popular, even if that position is morally or ethically wrong. Give this some thought folks because we know Venus rules our self-worth, which translates into net-worth based on one's own personal morals and value systems. Jupiter rules philosophy, ethics, credo, ideals and the collective or public moral code. Do you see how Venus and Jupiter are tied together?

Venus is also the co-ruler of Taurus and LIBRA!!! It's double-whammy on wanting so desperately to be liked right now.

But something is very wrong, incredibly wrong. This quincunx aspect is uncomfortable and knows it. It doubts. It's unsure. That's why Venus Quincunx Jupiter is going with what it thinks is right, not what it knows is right. And you want to be on the right side of right, not the wrong side of right. Right?

You would think that Venus and Jupiter tied together would be great, and they are, when it is a trine or sextile, but that is not the case here. This aspect is a quincunx, which is weird and uncomfortable energy. Something is clearly wrong! The quincunx requires a change or adjustment on your part in order to right itself. Maybe you are holding an uncomfortable position that you won't even speak up about. What kind of position or stronghold is that? That position doesn't get a voice or a platform as it is a big non-contributing zero because no voice is attached to it. How can you have a voice if you don't speak up? But alas, the silence still matters because the silence is such a loud position to take.
