Today is a rather light day on aspects as the Moon is in the sign of Pisces and will transition into the sign of Aries at 10:05 AM EST. We will experience the Pisces Moon aspecting (sextile) Saturn in Capricorn at 5:44 AM EST and then the Aries Moon to aspect (trine) the Sun in Sagittarius at 4:13 PM EST. On a day so light in aspects, this is a great time for me to remind you that there is an energy shift in our emotions, feelings, moods and sensitivities because the Moon is involved. Meaning, we are moving out of contemplative and meditative monk-mode Pisces, into the warrior, lookin' for a fight or someone to compete with and 'beat' in the sign of Aries. I use word 'beat' deliberately because Aries does not just want to win, Aries wants to beat someone else so much in their win that there is no question of who the winner is. Aries sure does like to say, "I won" but even better if they get to say, "I beat you!" The energy of Aries is like that of a crowd standing at the doors of a big box store on Black Friday. If the door is not unlocked soon, the charging ram will knock the doors down and ram-rod over women and children to get to 'the get' first.

As the day begins in contemplative monk-mode Pisces with a sextile to Saturn in Capricorn, this reveals steady, stable and straight-forward emotions. This aspect has the perfect balance of calm in the midst of duty. In other words, doing what needs to be done to feed the children. Whoever the children are, your children or God's children. This aspect is level-headed with the emotions in check. Even though Pisces energy 'can be' dramatic and theatrical, Saturn takes off his belt and squeezes the Moon so that it does not inflate and burst. See, Saturn serves us very well when we understand his intent and what he is trying to teach us.

The Moon trine the Sun is pretty much the second best lunar aspect to have with the first best lunar aspect being the Moon conjunct the Sun, which would be a New Moon. This aspect is fabulous if you have a doctor appointment because it signifies Good health, power and strong recuperative abilities. It also makes for an easy going nature that promotes a positive life.

I caution you, this aspect can make you a bit lazy as it can easily ride the coattails of others and do nothing. This aspect 'can be' a non-contributing-zero that offers nothing, no help or assistance to anyone. At the same time, opportunities can slip past without you even noticing if you are not paying attention. This aspect can cause you to be downright lazy and comfortable doing nothing.

Still, this aspect has a lot of optimism, confidence and a healthy balance between the ego and self-esteem. There is also a healthy balance between the will (Sun) and emotions (Moon). Gosh, it's just really great energy if you can take advantage of it.

This aspect reminds me of when I had my daughter, even though this aspect was not present when I had her, meaning it does not show up in her natal chart. But still, it reminds me of that day. I had a pretty easy time having her. No complications, no drama, no outrageous pain, etc. I walked into hospital half dilated and was given an epidural pretty much right away. When it came time to push I wasn't pushing very hard. Lawdy-dah-lawdy-dah. The anesthesiologist barked out at me, "If you don't start pushing I'll let that damn epidural wear off and you will know what push feels like!" So I'm just sayin', this aspect doesn't really like lazy and neither does Saturn when he is present. Ya' get me?

I'll just say this, I had a political radio show for several years that was on 5 days a week. The radio station I worked at prided itself in 'Free Speech'. In fact, the tagline to the station was something of the sort that emphasized 'Free Speech'. It was 'Radio Free St. Louis'.

I can guarantee you that I was called every single name in the book (and then some). I had to have some pretty thick skin to put myself out there on a political radio show (you can't be chicken) and I have even thicker skin now as I am 20 years older. I also can't be thin-skinned having this website. This weirdo work is not for sissy's. You get pissed, and stupid, and angry at me and I just get calmer. Capricorn Moon baby!

So when someone decides to unleash hell fire on me behind the scenes where the rest of you cannot see it . . . I guarantee they are way more worked up and crazy than myself. These individuals are twisted demons in their own right. The way I see it, I'm saying something here on this website that rings True for them and that kind of energy and they just can't handle it.

I have just three (3) words for those people that will make them cringe and writhe in their ugly pain and stench. Those three (3) words are, "I LOVE JESUS!" That response is like throwing Holy Water on the 'wicked witch of the west'. You saw the 'Wizard of Oz', right?
