The BIG NEWS today is the Sun moves out of Cancer and into Leo. Rarrrrrrrr! When you look at your Natal Chart or Solar Return wheel, you will see a glyph/symbol that looks like a 'target'. It is a circle with the dot in the center. The Sun glyph represents the circle of unlimited potential, which is brought to Life with a dot in the center. The dot is your focus and where you will shine in Life. When that glyph is placed in 1 of the 12 houses on the chart wheel, that is where you will shine that most, at least that is where you are intended to shine the most. So why not make something out of it since you have the main ingredient?

This Leo energy has the motto of, "I will therefore I am", which is the "Giver of Life." Think about how every 'thing' and every 'one' is attracted to the Sun. Gosh, even 20 minutes of sunlight a day will give us our required amount of Vitamin D. Notice how plants are attracted to the Sun and grow toward it.

Leo energy has a tremendous amount of personal power (willpower). I always say, "If you want a mountain moved, then call a Leo because they are incredibly strong both physically and mentally." For this reason, Leo's absolutely HAVE TO stay fit and keep their body strong and I'm talking muscle-wise. A Leo cannot fake their way into being in shape. The other BIG NEWS today is Venus in Virgo is opposing Jupiter in Pisces. Oh man! This is a tough one because addiction is involved. While Virgo is the sign of physical health, Pisces is the sign of mental health. While Virgo rules a clean diet, nutrition, dietary habits and a healthy daily regimen, Pisces rules chemistry, drugs, alcohol, rehab, mental institutions and treatment centers. There is a battle in the form of opposition fighting to be on one side of health as opposed to the other. This is a super-tough placement for addicts, especially dietary, chemical and drug related addictions. This includes food addicts.

This aspect is super-busy chasing pleasurable pursuits that keep the high going including eating, drinking and having a great time. This is the placement of the hedonist, which is the individual who believes the pursuit of pleasure is the only way to live.

The tug-of-war here is between the desire to achieve and a need to enjoy yourself, which represents both sides of Jupiter. You will need to do whatever you can to develop, nurture and stick to self- discipline and to curb the need for success too fast. There is a total lack of moderation with this aspect.

This aspect can make an individual so spoiled with extravagance that it makes them too lazy to achieve, because, why? This individual just wants to live in the lap of luxury believing it's the only way to live. This aspect is also heightened conceit.

This will be a super-tough year for you if this aspect is in your Solar Return and you cannot control yourself. You must guard against exaggerating your own importance. It's important to insure efforts are steady, sustained and well regulated.

The aspect is guilty of being showy, especially where religious practice or ritual is concerned, but when the going gets tough and someone needs help, the individual turns a blind eye. This aspect is heightened and blatant hypocrisy. When help is needed, instead of showing up to help, the hypocrite shows up by disappearing. Wow some friend huh?

This aspect will take Life for granted and take others for granted. Certainly you could easily be taken advantage of yourself while you are doing it to others.

Money is constantly wasted on luxurious living and living too much in the material world. It's going to be tough to save money with this aspect unless of course you need to be scared into submission. Does something tough really need to happen in order to wake you up?

Also, note that Pisces is the daily ritual that is imposed on you by others or are in charge of you. This would be monks, cloistured nuns, prisoners, mental patients, those who live under the radar or behind the scenes where others are in charge of when you eat, sleep, get sunlight, etc. Virgo is the daily ritual that you take up for yourself. As a side note - I have not written any Natal Charts or Solar Returns since Tuesday - June 15, 2021. I have decided setting time aside every 1-1/2 (or 2) to write charts will work better for me. Also, during this time, I have been changing over from one laptop to another. So it was the perfect time to take a break as writing charts requires a lot of 'ass time', meaning sitting on my ass.
