The BIG NEWS today is Venus in Scorpio sextiles Pluto in Capricorn at exactly 6:50 AM EST. Yay! This is the way we begin our day. This aspect came into the 'orb of influence' on December 7th, it is exact today and it will last until December 13th. This is a super-sweet aspect to have on a day when the Sun and South Node are conjunct when the times and the days seem so bleak and dark. Remember, a conjunction is when the two (2) planets or heavenly bodies involved are in the same sign and are within 10 degrees of each other. Conjunctions intensify the energies of the two (2) bodies involved. Today the Sun and South Node are exact at 00 degrees 00 minutes. Note that the days are getting darker and darker and darker, but you must understand this is the illusion. Just because it is 'dark' does not mean it is dark.

These times remind me of one of my favorite TV shows EVER, which I have shared with you on numerous occasions on different platforms. It is a short little write-up that you can find under the 'Intuition' drop-down-menu in the red bar above in the red section at the top of each page of this website. Notice there is a row of words - Spiritual - Physical - Emotional - Chemical - Intuition - Artistic - Love. Notice that the first letter of each word when put together spells the word SPECIAL. If you click on the 'Intuition' drop-down-menu you will see an article called, "Learn How To See In The Dark'. This is what you need to do right now. You need to learn how to see in the dark.

We are in the darkest days of the year, and we are approaching the 'darkest day', which is the Winter Solstice on Monday - December 21, 2020 when the Sun moves into Capricorn at 5:03 AM EST.

It can certainly be a scary time with the current political environment, but you must have Faith. Just because it is dark does not mean God is not present. Just because it keeps getting darker does not mean God is not present. Just because it is not yet the darkest day of the year does not mean God is not present. God is GOD and Omnipotent with Unlimited Everything! We are talking GOD here. Wrap your brain about that one. "Where is your Faith?" asks Jesus. God has taken us all through some super-rough times in our Life, through the wilderness, and through the darkness, and we have come out through the other side stronger and wiser. Strangely, sadly, Truthfully, that is how we humans learn and that is how we wake-up and see the Light. It is through the darkness that we see the Light. Have Faith.

For myself, having Faith comes a lot easier than having no Faith. Having no Faith is emotionally exhausting, scary and curled up. I'm too lazy to feel that way because that kind of energy is the drain. It's too heavy, it's too massive and it's too exhausting. For me personally, I do not have the strength it takes to have a lack of Faith.

I LOVE that on a day when the Sun conjuncts the South Node (both in Sagittarius), God also presents us with a perfectly Lovely aspect as Venus sextiles Pluto. The aspect that serves to remind us that Love conquers all. Do I need to remind you that God is Love. You can read this as 'God Conquers All'.

Let us also remember that Venus is the cloud-covered planet that rules both self-worth and committed relationships. What immediately comes to mind is, "Where two (2) of you agree in My Name it is so." says Jesus. How about you do this with the Venus sextile Pluto aspect. Share this horoscope with someone else and come to the agreement with that person about something you will both agree upon together. And then seal it with these words, "In Jesus Name". Holy Mommy of Jesus! That's some pretty powerful activation you will have there. Sealing the agreement with these words is the 'active ingredient'. And remember Pluto equals Power!

Venus rules your self-worth, which translates into your net-worth, which translates into your personal finances and earned income. Venus also rules our union, commitment and partnership with another person. I think it is Truly phenomenal that this aspect is landing on this date, when the Sun conjuncts the South Node, when you could quite possibly be feeling pretty damn bleak about Life . . and stuff . . and money . . and Love . . and the future . . and God only knows what else. And I'm serious, God only knows . . no one else . . only God.

Which brings me to the Sun in Sagittarius conjunct the South Node in Sagittarius. Oh Geez! There is no heavier energy than the Sun in all his huge abundant and massive self rolling right into the South Node. This is what happens when both are in the same sign and same degree. It's heavy, it's exhausting and it's dark in that hole and you pretty much feel alone. How does something so heavy pick itself up and crawl out of that bottomless pit. How does a heavy bowling ball roll uphill out of a bottomless pit? Well, ya' work with what'cha got!

There are birthdays occurring today all around the world where the individuals will have this aspect in their Solar Return. I can hear a long-winded F!!!! coming from the peanut gallery. BUT WAIT my dear little Astrotators. Have you ever noticed the Light on in a room that had the door closed? Of course you have. You can see the Light under the door. Maybe you see the Light through the window, even if the shades and drapes are closed, there is still Light. Imagine the fiery ball of the Sun dropped down into a hole. Wouldn't you think the Sun would be shining like a beacon out of that hole?

I always use Angelina Jolie as an example of a celebrity who has her Sun (in Gemini) and South Node (in Gemini) in her natal chart. Angelina has gone through some out loud living in a dark sort of a way, she has also enjoyed and manifested some incredibly big moments from behind-the-scenes when no one was looking. She just goes to show what you can and cannot do with a Sun conjunct South Node placement. It certainly does not mean you cannot succeed, but it also doesn't give you a license to drop into a dark hole and pout. BS! Your Light is still shining. I can see it under the door. I can see it through the shades and the blinds. It's up to you to LEARN HOW TO SEE IN THE DARK!

Yes this is a dark time, but it's not what you think or what you might be feeling. Remember, you 'get to' choose how you will handle and manifest this energy. I look back on this Sagittarius South Node and think back to October 13, 2001 through April 13, 2003. Uggggh! That was awful, but damn, it was really great! Not because the North Node was also in Gemini at that time, but that South Node in Sagittarius caused me to get creative and I manifested this website from a few pages, to several hundred, to several thousand pages. It was during that time that I took this website GLOBAL.

I remember I was three (3) years into this website and finally put a Stat Counter on it. It was the middle of the night and I checked the Stat Counter. The numbers were soaring. I got scared and started crying. I went into the bathroom and sat down on the side of the tub and cried. I cried out loud to God, "OH MY GOSH, what have I done?! What have I created?! How do I handle this?!" and what I heard back from God was, "Oh shut up! This is what you wanted. Handle it!" I stopped crying. laughed, went back to the computer and start shifting in this bigger direction. Had I not been in such a drain, a hole, a bottomless pit, making no money, etc., I may have never worked so hard to create what the site is today. I learned how to see in the dark.

Now fast forward to the next South Node in Sagittarius which is our current global status, and I have taken another business GLOBAL. My Pose-itively Yoga studio has turned global. The pandemic turned everyone upside down. My yoga studio immediately turned virtual, which immediately took it global as a lot of the Astrotators here are now taking yoga classes with me. My yoga studio is now in 6 continents, 14 countries and 22 U.S. states. Sagittarius energy is GLOBAL. It's not local. And what is really cool, is these yogi's are now meeting each other online in class, becoming friends AND DOING BUSINESS WITH EACH OTHER. If you are local, your solution is global. You must think bigger. You have to. That is the solution. Sagittarius is GLOBAL energy, not local. LEARN HOW TO SEE IN THE DARK.
