First of all, Neptune is the natural planetary ruler of Pisces and Neptune is the higher octave of Venus. Neptune is Venus exalted. This is spiritual Love in its finest hour. Venus conjunct Neptune is pure Love, without scratches, tears, rips or holes. What is so incredible about this aspect is it can 'Heal with Love'. I'm guessing Jesus had Venus conjunct Neptune and confirmed the apostles with this power (Venus conjunct Neptune) when He breathed on them the Holy Spirit and told them, "As my Father sends me, I send you." ~John 20:22.
