So that is how we experience the same aspect within a short period of time two (2) times.

BUT WAIT, when Mercury turns 'Direct' (forward motion) on May 14, 2023 it will trek back over the same set of degrees a third (3rd) time. So here we are doing a repeat performance with Mercury sextile Mars . . . Noooooooooooo! Let's not do a 'repeat performance', let's do a better performance. Let's perform better this second time around. Remember, it's a do-over!

The following is what I wrote on April 8, 2023 . . . so we go . . second time around, the same thing applies . . . only do it better! And back then we were still under the 'orb of influence' of the Full Moon in Libra, which we are not under the influence of now. So there is less emotional fullness. GOOD!

Mercury sextile Mars, which is the mark of the 'quick learner' or 'the quick study'. Mercury is 'the thinker' and Mars is 'the aggressor'. Mercury in Taurus takes on a financial tone and Mars in the sign of Cancer takes on a hoarding tone, which means that you will likely be thinking about money or your financial situation and pulling your money closer to you.

Mercury in the sign of Taurus is thinking about money, since Mercury rules the mind, thinking, mental capacity and thoughts, including thoughtfulness, as Mercury is the natural ruler of the thinker (Gemini) and the analyzer (Virgo).

When the sign of Cancer puts their money where their ornamentals are, then they can create some generational wealth or invest in some real heirlooms, rather than a bunch of cardboard boxes full of stuff no one wants, except the person with a chart full of Cancer energy. It's just money on a shelf that depreciates instead of appreciates.

Having said that Cancer is a money or materialistic sign for security purposes. 'Stuff' brings the Cancer security. The tchotchkes and trinkets make them feel 'secure', but if Cancer channelled that mindset into investments or money, Cancer easily becomes financially secure and often times very wealthy. In fact, Cancer can easily become quite wealthy if they can evolve past the collectibles, thereby owning real houses instead of vintage monopoly board pieces that only sell for $8.00 a piece. How about a real item that holds substantial value instead?

Yes, yes, yes - you know what to do now, right? Get out your chart, blow the dust off of it and start digging to see where the Cancer is in your chart.

As the quick learner, you may suddenly be learning from your past decisions. Interesting, last night I was texting with a friend and we were chatting about stupid decisions, where we were and where we are now. This aspect is a great calculater, planner, stategizer and organizer. This is welcomed assistance since Mercury will turn Retrograde (Rx) two (2) weeks from now on Friday - April 21, 2023.
