The Gemini Moon is squaring (challenging) your 10th house public life. It shows your standing in the community and social status. It can reflect your attitude to parenting. It also rules those in authority, the father and older men in authority.
If you want attention, then it's pretty much guaranteed that your style of communication will get you the attention you want. Now it's up to you whether or not that attention is Good or bad because it will be based on the words you choose, your tone of voice and your body language. In other words, your natural criticism can be picked up by others merely by giving a look. Keep in mind that Gemini naturally squares (challenges) Virgo and you could easily over-analyze a situation and get caught up in a tiny detail and miss the big picture. Four hours may pass and you could still be hung up on one tiny thing. If this isn't about something like calculating finances or something that really requires detail then move on to bigger and better things. Side note - make certain you are keenly aware of your North and South Node and when 'any' planet is in the sign of your North and South Node. For instance, for all Cancer's, the South Node is currently in your sign, which could make you a drain to yourself, not to mention your home, family and domestic affairs. Certainly everyone feels the South Node drain in Cancer (home, family and domestic affairs) but for Cancer's it is a slam dunk sure thing until March 3, 2011. And for all Capricorn's, the North Node is currently in your sign, which could easily cause your cup to runneth over in the area of your career, public life and rank in society or social standing. Now keep in mind, your free will is always present in astrology and if you pass up an opportunity out of fear, negativity or lack of confidence . . then okay. Thy will be done . . meaning, your will . . your free will . . be done.
Well folks, Saturn has finally moved out of its shadow and is back to the exact degree it was in when it first turned retrograde on January 13, 2010 at 4 degrees 39 minutes. When a planet turns retrograde it goes backward in degrees. The planet doesn't actually move in a backward motion (that would be a cosmic first). Retrograde status is really an illusion due to a 'shadow' from the Sun being cast on the planet and basically makes it 'appear' as though a planet is moving backward. We freak out from the 'illusion' (as humans always do) and react according to our freak-outed-ness. Funny huh? Still, it's a fantabulous time for us to learn. So in Retrograde status the degrees begin moving backward until it's time for the planet to turn direct again and move forward in degrees again. Once it gets back to the exact degree it was in when it first turned retrograde, then it moves 'out of its shadow". See how easy that is? So here's the deal, remember back in January when things slowed down? Well, the Good news is you may actually feel a release like a parking brake being released. This whole time you could still move forward but it was like moving forward with the parking brake on. Granted, some people just laid down and gave up and cried out, "Poor me!" Others kept moving, just slowly. Now you should feel a 'pop' or a release type feeling as you move forward doing your 'wonderful thang'! And here's the big AHA! . . WHAT DID YOU LEARN these past 8 months and how will you move forward and doing your thang with that 8 month experience under your belt? Notice how I'm taking off like a rocket and rolling again. Uh huh, I heard that! (winky wink) Oh yeah . . here's the other thing, Saturn is in Libra, the sign of committments, marriages, partnerships, agreements and negotiations. A lot of relationships tanked and fell apart during Saturn Retrograde, as those relationships probably needed to crumble and be done with. The relationships that survived Saturn Retrograde have an enormous likelihood of surviving and growing stronger in Love, stability, committment and longevity. Saturn in Libra is firm, rock solid committment baby! If your relationship broke apart during Saturn in Libra retrograde, then it probably wasn't meant to be.

The Taurus Moon is trine (easy and effortless energy) your 9th house of the higher-thinking mind, religion, college, higher education, legalities, brothers and sisters-in-law, philosophy, prophecy, philanthropy, all things "foreign", intuition, long distance journeys abroad, churches, airlines, vacations, international commerce, dreams, visions and teachers.
This 9th house is considered a 'lucky' house because it is naturally ruled by the lucky planet Jupiter and the lucky sign of Sagittarius. Don't be surprised if something surprising and wonderful happens today (and it could easily be financial). If you are ready to break out of inflexibility then you are ready for increased opportunity. If you stay the same, then guess what . . things stay the same. If you change . . then so does everything else around you.
Here is an interesting square for you to look at today. Note in the blue box below that both Jupiter in Aries and Pluto in Capricorn are both at 03 degrees 12 minutes. Not only are they in the exact same degree but they are perfect squares to each; meaning, Aries and Capricorn are squaring (challenging) each other. A square occurs when two signs are separated by two signs. In this case, Aries and Capricorn are separated by Aquarius and Pisces. Now add to the fact that both Jupiter and Pluto are at the exact degrees and placed in squaring signs. Jupiter is the optimistic, jovial, happy-go-lucky and adventurous planet. Pluto on the other hand is fiesty, volatile, highly aggressive, blows up and is hotter and more fiery than Mars because Pluto is the higher octave of Mars. Talk about two completely different energies. Well, if these two planets are squaring each other and THEY WILL CONTINUE to square each other until they are a full 8 degrees apart, then we can ALL look forward to having two completely approaches to life at any given time. Jupiter square Pluto basically involves being over-confident to having a lack of confidence. It represents risk taking from one end of the pendulum to other. In other words, being adventurous is one thing, being a gambler is another. Extreme risk taking IS NOT advised during this square but find the middle balance would be perfect. You may find yourself feeling fully certain and then all of the sudden you are completely doubtful and unsure. You may go from being dogmatic, fanatical, militant, radical, worrying and narrow-minded (Pluto traits) to moderate, reasonable, sensible, optimistic, jovial, intuitive, freedom-loving and open-mind (Jupiter traits). The Gemini Moon is stronger today than it was yesterday. It is important to remember that this 10th house represents 'the public'. (See keywords above) In other words, this is where you are most likely seen. So when the Gemini Moon squares (challenges) your 10th house, then you are more than likely recognized for anything that you do. This is the time of the month where you need to be on you best behavior because if you have a slip up, then EVERYONE will notice. It's almost like the papparazzi will be following you ready to take that unflattering picture. This is a flirtatious Moon and you could easily meet Mr. or Miss Wonderful through a work related scenario. The conversation will probably be intellectual and business in nature but there may still be a lot of batting eyelashes and flipping hair.
Fear based astrology really gets me shaking my head (what up with that, what up with that). When teaching astrology from this end, my desire is to teach you, about YOU using astrology in a constructive way! Deliberate fear-based astrology really irritates me but then again, it is up to you to choose your action and reaction. Aspects and configurations are going to happen every single day but that should not keep you from the 'right approach'. For instance, the Void of Course Moon just doesn't rub me in a chaotic way, so it has no influence on my day to day life or my work because I understand the energy. It's like swimming with a current or wave. Fighting it just doesn't work, but going with the flow does. Whether you choose to buy the fear of a certain aspect or configuration is your own approach and only you can correct that approach to using astrology. Still, I find it necessary to mention a Good idea to tip you off to certain squares and challenges so you can see ahead of you. It's no different than driving and seeing a sign that tells you there are restaurants, rest areas, gas stations or a falling rock ahead. So you prepare. If you see a falling rock sign, it doesn't mean a rock is going to fall on your car or in your path. It means there are known falling rocks in the area so keep your eyes peeled.
When I write horoscopes, I'm about as deliberate as I can be to pointing you in the direction of being 'wonderfully selfish'. Save yourself! (winky wink) A lot of people on the planet will say they just want 'help others' but come on, you want to help others because it will make you feel Good about yourself first. Who the heck wants to do something that makes them feel bad? Well, there are some martyr's out there that dig on that type of energy, but most people are not martyr's. I'm telling you, you had better be the living example of whatever that is that you wish to help others do. Do you think for a second I'd be a successful doctor or astrologer if I could not help myself? Would you want to take health advice from me or have me write your Natal Chart if I couldn't even take care of myself or make my chart work for me. Heck no! I guess my 'wonderfully selfish' approach to life comes out of being an active participant in life and not living life as a voyeur. If you choose to watch the world and not participate, that's your deal but folks . . . the charts work IF YOU WORK THEM! Granted there will be those who investigate how the planets impact someone else before they dig and root around into themselves but there again is a person's choice and it will not serve them until they figure out themselves.
Honestly, I think writing about world events and politics is easy. That is some easy astrology folks but zeroing in on yourself and figuring out how changes will affect you, now that's some interesting investigative puzzle solving. It's easy for many to look at astrology and see Pluto in Capricorn shaking the earth, government, people's careers and authority figures. Pluto is volatile and explosive and will MAKE changes whether any of us like or not . . . Capricorn rules the 10th house of government, career's, authority figures and public figures (celebrities) and it is an earth sign. Get this . . . did you know that Capricorn rules 'dark people'. This is not just people who are of dark color skinned but people who are doing dark bad things. Capricorn rules dark places like basements or secret places that are dark. This darkness will be seen in two forms. The darkness may be a super white person doing dark things or dark skinned people doing dark bad things or dark skinned people in the news for other reasons both Good and bad. What I'm saying is with Pluto in Capricorn, we will see a greater influence on 'dark people'. It's easy to go straight to dark skinned people like Obama, Charlie Rangel and Maxine Waters . . but stretch your mind folks . . we're talking immigrants from Mexico and the boarders really getting maximum attention now. American Indian tribes getting more attention (such as the Iroquois Indians) who could not play in the world championships in the UK due to their native passports not being accepted. And it's the Iroquois who invented THE GAME!
I write about these things as a teaching tool but I also write about how you will find yourself standing in the streets shaking your fist in the air with Pluto in Capricorn over the next 14 years. Something is going to rattle your belief system enough that you will be standing in the streets with signs and probably cursing your guts out. Give it time because it will happen. Use this astrology to dive into you before anyone else.
When I use world events or politics or celebrities as examples, it's an example. As I always say, "Whatever is happening on a global level, is happening on a national level, is happening on a community level, is happening on a personal level." In other words, whatever your focus is globally is typically what is will be exactly what you recognize closest in your personal life as well.
I'm a selfish person, I admit that, although my focus is more on being 'wonderfully selfish'. It would be wise to read astrology to improve upon yourself. Stay focused on you. World events are going to happen with or without you . . so you may as well focus on you and your own Spiritual Progression Path ™ .

No matter how much energy you put into it, the energy will fall right through. Here are a few ways to relate the nodes to you.
1) Make certain you are very familiar with where the North and South Node is when you were born. For me, my North Node is in Virgo and my South Node is in Pisces. The North and South Node are ALWAYS opposite signs to each other. ALWAYS! There are no exceptions. Then ALWAYS play up your North Node and remember that you've already learned the South Node in a past life. Geez, there will be some people that will just have to dig around in their South Node and spend time on the South Node just because I mentioned the words 'past life'. All I can say is, "Okay but it will be a slow crawl to your future." There is no need to repeat it. You use the experience and knowledge of the South Node but you don't repeat it. That would be like repeating a grade level when you already graduated. Why repeat the 3rd grade when you've already graduated from high school. It would make no sense and would be a complete waste of time. Got it?
2) Make certain you are familiar with where the North and South Node is right this very minute. Currently the North Node is in Capricorn and the South Node is in Cancer and this will continue until March 3, 2011. Some Cancer's are really experiencing a rough road during this transit, not to mention the housing market is suffering an ugly blow since the sign of Cancer rules home(s) and families. Look at your Natal Chart and see which houses are ruled by Capricorn and Cancer because this is where you should be playing UP your Capricorn house and playing down your Cancer house. Your Cancer house will be drain to you and your Capricorn house will be where your cup runs over. Gosh, does it get any easier than this?
3) And last but certainly not least, check out the North and South Node Calendar and make a mental note to yourself when was the last time the North Node was in your Sun Sign and when was the last time the South Node was in your Sun Sign. Then go back in your head and think about how you handled yourself during that time. For instance, I'm a Gemini. I'll want to look at the last time the North Node was in Gemini and what was going on in my life at that time. What should I do to make certain I take advantage of opportunities the next the North Node is in Gemini. I'll also look at the next time that the South Node will be in Gemini and how I handled the energy the last time this happened. Interestingly enough, the South Node will be in Gemini next year beginning on March 4, 2011 until August 29, 2012. After the South Node moves out of Cancer, it will be move into Gemini. Just as the North Node will move out of Capricorn, it will then move into Sagittarius because Gemini and Sagittarius are opposite signs. The South Node 'can' make life very rough for a Gemini . . . but then again, it can also create a lot of busy work as well. The best thing a Gemini can do right now is get super dooper organized and get their ducks in a row to handle the drain of energy. This can be quite exciting when you are prepared. Why? Because you don't have to repeat anything and there will be some Gemini's . . . just as there are Cancer's right now playing their violin and whining 'poor me'.

I feel that I'm very clear on the form and I can't keep e-mailing people back asking them to return to the form. It's too time consuming and takes too much of my free time, which in turn takes away from me. (winky wink) So, if you 'do not' enter a first and last name as required, then you won't be receiving the chart. That means initials won't work. I need to create a PDF file in order to e-mail it, which means I have it save it to my computer in order to create the file. So I need a first and last name. Think about it . . I have more than one Diane, Bill, Roger and Mary. It's not like I'm going to take your chart and share it with the world, so please, enter a first and last name. Also, if in the city, state, country is not filled out properly, again, you will not receive a free chart wheel. I cannot calculate a birth chart based on an entire country. I need a specific city with the country to calculate birth coordinates. All Natal Charts are based on time, date and location (latitude and longitude) so entering only a country like South Africa, India or the United States without an accompanying city will simply not do. Sorry but I have to crack the whip here because the instructions are specific and it's taking too much time to e-mail people back and ask them to return to the form. From here on out, if you do not receive the chart and you haven't heard from me, then it may be safe to assume that probably did not fill out the form properly and you'll need to go back and fill out the form properly. First of all, everyone needs to know that there are a ton of squares (challenges) coming from four different directions today. The best way to handle this energy is not to force something that isn't working. In other words, pounding the steering wheel in standing traffic won't help you move forward. It just won't! And talking a hole through someone's head who isn't listening won't work either. Today is incredibly hard-headed energy and for the majority of people who will probably have to learn the 'hard' way. Yowza! Well, I guess it's not enough that nearly everything is squaring nearly everything today. Today the Moon (emotions) is squaring Neptune (illusions). Now keep in mind that Neptune is the higher octave of Venus, which means that the fairytale in our head may suffer a blow or receive a smack up side the head in the form of a reality check. This square between the Moon and Neptune can easily cause all us to be moody and even sink into a well of depression. RATS! Well hear is the Good news . . at least you know this ahead of time or at least you are well aware of the energy at hand. It's like a woman during PMS but only it's all of us on PMS including the men. And if you are aware of the PMS then you should be able to tame it and control it rather than use it as an excuse for emotional bad behavior. OUCHY! Tone it down peeps and use your inside voice. This is a classic aspect that causes the inability to separate fact from fiction. That dang fairytale!!! I'll tell ya' where this emotional square will serve us all best . . it's when we channel it into a creative project. Even the most linear thinking person is creative in their own way. You can think out of the box today and channel your imagination into something wonderfully and beautifully creative. If you can't quite get real today, then channel the energy into imagination. If you are trying to FORCE reality to fit your fairytale, it won't work. That would be similar to a stalker trying to make the person of their fantasy their soulmate. By the way, Neptune not only rules the fairytale and imagination but it also rules dreams and visions. Channel it!!! No one wants to confront an issue today and disillusionment is likely. Folks, if something needs to be dealt with today, then you need to examine the situation from an intellectual standpoint rather than an emotional standpoint. I don't want to say this but it looks like I need to . . . someone may end up in tears today. Just be cool peeps . . just be cool and let this energy slide past you. Do you know what I'm going to do?
