DESCRIPTION: The intent of this bath is to assist and stimulate the lymphatic system to drain properly. While in the bath tub, intermittently bend your joints back and forth. Start with your elbows bending slowly back and forth a couple times. Then slowly bend your wrists back and forth a couple of times. Then slowly slide your feet along the bottom of the tub so that your knees bend back and forth a couple of times. And lastly, slowly bend your ankles back and forth. Rest a while and then start the process all over again. You may even slightly push on your abdomen around the navel area during the cycle to stimulate the "cisterna chyli," which is the area where the lymphatic system drains.

PACKAGE CONTAINS 40 BATHS: 20 oz. = 40 Tbsp. (Tablespoons) . . . 40 Tbsp. = 40 baths . . . Because the package is highly concentrated only 1 Tbsp. per bath is needed.

INSTRUCTIONS: Use 1 Tbsp. per bath. Bathe 40 minutes. For the full meditation of the issue at hand, take 1 bath a day for 40 days or 1 bath a week for 40 weeks.
